Not only was it helpful to have Lacy present for the final meetings and walk-throughs leading up to the wedding, but having her on the wedding day handle everything so we as the couple and our loved ones could be fully present was priceless. I had a very specific vision and when I walked into our wedding it literally felt like my dreams had sprung to life. We had some high stress moments with different vendors throwing us curveballs and Lacy navigated them effortlessly, always making sure that everyone ended up happy. Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. Her cool, low-stress demeanor, incredible creativity, and warm personality made planning my wedding a breeze. Pro-Tip: Direct your in-laws to use Lacy for the Rehearsal Dinner too!! I was genuinely sad when my wedding was over because it meant my time with Lacy had ended.

Lacy was super supportive in helping us plan our wedding and being on the ground with local planners. We had complex permitting from the town + working with beach permits that she helped us navigate. She also helped us source local vendors (catering, florals, raw bar) and kept us worry-free the day of. She saved us SO many back-and-forth trips along the way by being local to the Hamptons. Utilized Lacy for the full weekend from our intimate beach wedding, welcome dinner (family only) and larger ceremony and reception the next day.

When I initially booked my Sept. 2023 wedding (slightly less than one year out), I was going back and forth about working with a day-of (month-of) coordinator. The event staff at our wedding venue on the North Fork of Long Island, Bedell Cellars, helps handle a lot of the logistics/vendors (and are excellent at it!) and my caterer, Grace & Grit, helped a lot with the necessary reception/ceremony rentals and details. About 3 months ahead of the wedding, in May, I suddenly decided I wanted to work with someone to help make the day run smoothly - and boy am I glad I did! Luckily, The Party NY was available to help for my wedding date. Within one day of reaching out, I was on the phone with Lacy and she helped ensure that she and her team could handle exactly what we were looking for (day of management - communication with vendors, transportation logistics, hair and makeup / pre-ceremony timeline, and event set-up and breakdown). Within one week we were signed up to work with Melissa for month-of coordination! The process was incredibly easy, and Lacy was very responsive. When it came to the month-of coordination, Melissa was available to answer my long lists of questions and (sometimes) frantic requests. We had multiple phone calls, especially within the final two weeks leading up to the wedding. She was attentive and made note of all the specific details and items that we wanted for our day. I felt incredibly comfortable and confident that they would handle the execution all the diner details of our wedding day (and weekend - they even helped transfer florals from our rehearsal dinner to the wedding venue)! By the time the wedding came around, we were perfectly in-sync, and I can't think of one thing that was out of place. Everything was executed perfectly and seamlessly. Melissa took all of the pressure off me and my family members so we could be fully present and enjoy the day we had been planning for over a year! And that was exactly our goal.
