Working with the WHE team was one of the greatest decisions we made throughout the wedding process!!! They handled every detail, big and small, with so much care, creativity, and intention. Their vision, organization, and creativity turned our ideas into something more beautiful than we ever imagined.
They were an absolute joy to work with from day one. They were always responsive, so knowledgeable, and so kind. They anticipated needs before we realized them, kept everything running seamlessly, and made the planning process feel fun and stayed calm even when I was feeling anxious.
Our wedding weekend was a true reflection of who we are, and that is entirely because of Jaime, her trusted team and vendors. All of our guests kept saying that was the best wedding they have ever been to! Every moment felt thoughtfully designed, elegant, and uniquely us. We could not be more grateful for all the memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. If you’re looking for a planning team who will go above and beyond WHE is the best of the best!

Jaime & the WHE team went above and beyond for our wedding. We had a number of unforeseen circumstances come our way requiring us to relocate the wedding twice, and when we had to pivot with only 4 weeks out due to natural disaster. Jaime and her team made it ALL possible; securing a new venue, and fully pivoting design concept and rentals with only a few weeks notice to meet the new space. Jaime is an overall joy to work with; she is laid back and at ease but always on top of it, and her spunky and global design comes through in all her innovative concepts that really just haven't been done before. She truly collaborates with the bride, allowing you to also have your own creative process and be a part of the full vision. No matter what your vision is, Jaime & her team will make your dream wedding a reality and nothing is off limits.
One of the best decisions we made was working with Wild Heart Events as our wedding planner. Jaime and her incredible team: Jenna, Pasha, Tsahai & Natalie are a pleasure to work with. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none.

Thank you Wild Heart Events for a truly perfect wedding weekend! My husband and I can't get over how much we enjoyed every minute of the wedding, and it was all because the WH team made it perfect. A windstorm in the middle of the ceremony meant that the team had to recreate the entire reception from scratch, but from the guests' perspective, the whole thing went off without a hitch. We seriously could not be happier—we only wish that we could plan a wedding every year! People cannot stop talking about how beautiful every element of the wedding was. Thank you so much for being the best wedding team ever!
Jaime and team WHE are the best! From our first zoom call throughout the process, they were so thoughtful, sweat every detail and delivered above and beyond expectations.
The WHE team took the mystery out of planning and guided us step by step through the process. Throughout, they were organized and communicative and made sure we never missed a deadline. They were so helpful in providing tailored recommendations for vendors for every category, based on our style, budget and vision for the weekend. We loved every vendor we worked with—and every vendor was excited to work with Jaime and the team! As the weekend arrived, we had planned multiple events across multiple locations and days--all thanks to Jaime's team. Come our wedding weekend, we were actually able to relax and enjoy it all. In addition to making every event come to life, the team also took amazing care of us and our guests--including our 90 year old grandmothers.
We gave Jaime a very vague vision for the design of our wedding and she made it come to life in ways we could never have imagined. It was a perfect weekend thanks to Jaime and the WHE team! Would recommend them to everyone we know getting married or planning an event--and already dreaming up ways to work with them again!
