We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Magda & Simon on our wedding day! Their positive energy was contagious, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera! Their amazing direction and vision resulted in natural poses with lots of laughs and made the whole process organic! We are so thankful that they were able to give us the gift through the most beautiful photos to relive our wedding day over and over agin!

My husband and I can not stop saying how grateful we are that we chose to work with Magda and Simon for our wedding. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As a couple who had to postpone 2x due to COVID, we cannot say enough positive things about the support and patience they showed us every step of the way. Their work is incredible, and we (along with all of our friends!) had a blast with them on our wedding day. Not only are they incredible photographers, but they are amazing people as well. If you’re looking for best in class, look no further!

We cannot say enough good things about Magda and Simon! We loved them from the second we met them, and still can't stop talking about them. From our initial meeting, to our amazing engagement photos (which we had to reschedule many times because of rain and they were SUPER flexible and patient), to our long awaited and thrice rescheduled wedding due to the pandemic, Magda and Simon were there through it all. They were SO much fun to work with, and we are OBSESSED with our wedding and engagement photos! Thank you Magda and Simon!

Where do I even begin? Booking Salt and Cedar for our wedding photography quite possibly may have been the best wedding decision we made! As a type A bride, I did so much research on photographers and I can confidently say that Salt and Cedar is by far the best! Besides being so talented, Magda and Simon are all around great people! My husband and I were coming in from out of town for our wedding so we didn’t have time for an engagement shoot (and we certainly don’t consider ourselves photogenic). Needless to say, we were a bit nervous about getting good pictures on our wedding day! Magda met up with us for coffee prior to our wedding so we’d feel extra comfortable on the big day! That was above and beyond! On the day of our wedding, they were a joy to have around! They kept us on schedule, kept us feeling calm, and were so helpful! Plus it’s nice to be around a sweet married couple when you’re about to get married! Only 3 days after our wedding, we got tons of sneak peak photos! I was shocked to have gotten them so quickly after the wedding, and I was even more impressed with how gorgeous they turned out! We are so pleased with the photos and the overall experience. I can’t recommend Salt and Cedar any more highly! They are the absolute best!

Absolutely a DREAM TEAM. We fell in love with Magda the moment we met her. We were able to do an engagement photo session with her this past spring and the photos came back more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. On wedding day she and her team were professional, fun, energized (and she's about to have a baby!!)....we feel so lucky that we found Salt + Cedar, and cannot recommend them enough. Do not hesitate to hire them for your big day. They are a joy to work with.

We truly loved working with Salt & Cedar. Magda and Simon are awesome people and their fun and friendly personalities shined from the first time we met them which made working with them and being in front of the camera feel super comfortable. Magda and Simon are amazingly talented and our Engagement photos and Sneak peak Wedding photos were beautiful and so so so much better than we could have ever hoped for and imagined. If you're looking for a team of photographer that is fun, friendly, professional and takes amazing photos then absolutely book them.

I can't say enough amazing things about Salt and Cedar. Not only did they answer all questions we had quickly and efficiently, they were also super helpful in putting our day of timeline together. My husband doesn't love have his photo taken, so I was a little nervous about how the engagement shoot would go. But Magda and Simon were so easy to work with, and made us both feel so comfortable. My husband told me afterwards that he was so glad we had hired them for the big day and that we had done that shoot with them beforehand. And not only that, but they were willing to come to NYC to shoot our photos in Central Park, which meant so much to us. Then on the wedding day they knocked it out of the park. They are both super sweet and nice people, but obviously knew what they were doing when it came to getting the shots we wanted and commanding large groups which I know is not always easy to do. And of course the most important thing, their photos came out GORGEOUS. As a graphic designer I have worked with many photographers and seen many photo styles, and what really sets their style apart is how airy and dreamy it looks, it is stunning. Trust me, they will give you wedding day photos that you will admire for years to come!

Magda & Simon are the BEST! They went above and beyond to capture the most beautiful shots on our wedding day... And did it effortlessly with a new baby on the way! We got our sneak peeks back within 24 hours, and were blown away before even seeing the full gallery. Magda & Simon are such a professional, caring and incredibly talented duo. We fell in love with them at first sight & couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

But their incredible talents are just the beginning of what makes working with them so great. When they shoed up on our wedding day, they made us feels so at-ease. We never felt like we were posing for photographs because Magda and Simon are experts in capturing a genuine moment. Working with Magda and Simon, you not only get stunning photographs that perfectly capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment, but you get the pleasure of working with a team of genuine, funny and kind people that will go above and beyond for their couples.

We love Magda and Simon! They are incredible artists and wonderful people to work with. Despite the numerous other clients that they had, they really made us feel special. They went above and beyond during our engagement shoot to capture beautiful photos for us all while making us feel comfortable and at ease. The photos that they took of us could be published in a magazine or sold as art they were THAT good! On the day of, they were very professional and kept us on time, but also did everything with a smile and a laugh. We can't wait to see our wedding photos, but if they are anything like our engagement photos, they will be truly stunning. Thank you Magda and Simon!

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Magda and Simon are incredible. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. They are genuinely good people and that makes having them around the entire day of your wedding a treat. The day of the wedding can be stressful but with Magda and Simon I don't think we felt an ounce of that because of the ease of which they do their job and run the show. I love that they are married because they are able to actually SHOW you what they want you to do in your poses. Also - we got married on a Friday and they gave us a sneak peak of some of the photos on Monday! They are truly incredible people and they are rockstar photographers. RUN DON'T WALK TO BOOK THEM.
