I would strongly recommend that couples considering this venue pay close attention not only to the beauty of the palace, but also to the professionalism of the staff and the way the venue appears to be managed.

I was specifically told that I could visit the palace, so I spent around an hour travelling there. When I arrived, I discovered that the palace was closed because a wedding was taking place. Nobody had warned me about this in advance, despite the fact that I had checked before making the journey.

This suggests serious problems with internal communication and management. How can a venue tell a visitor that they are welcome to come when a wedding is taking place and the palace is actually closed to visitors? For a venue that hosts weddings and other important private events, this level of disorganisation is concerning.

What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of the staff. One male staff member abruptly approached me and spoke to me in an extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful manner. There was no polite explanation, no apology for the incorrect information I had been given, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally.

Management should be much more careful about who they employ in guest-facing positions and how those employees are trained. A wedding venue should have professional, courteous and well-mannered staff who know how to communicate with guests respectfully, especially when the venue itself has made a mistake.

For couples considering holding their wedding here, I believe this is something worth taking into account. A wedding requires excellent coordination, clear communication and reliable management. Based on my personal experience as a visitor, I saw the opposite: incorrect information, poor coordination and an extremely unpleasant interaction with a member of staff.

I have absolutely no problem with the palace being closed for a wedding. The wedding itself was never the issue. The issue was being told that I could come, wasting an hour travelling there, and then being treated so poorly when I arrived.

The palace may be beautiful, but a beautiful setting cannot compensate for poor organisation, communication problems and unprofessional treatment of visitors. If I were considering this venue for my own wedding, my experience would make me seriously question whether I could trust the management and staff with such an important day.
