My journey began in 2014 after leaving a career as an oil and gas engineer, inspired by the joy I felt planning my own wedding. The first wedding I organized was for a wonderful couple from San Francisco during Thailand’s Songkran Water Festival, a memorable event that taught me invaluable lessons and set me on a path I’m deeply passionate about. Kate was incredibly professional, and sourced for the best vendors for my wedding, if I wasn’t satisfied with something, she searched and searched again until I was satisfied, from the emcee to the band. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed really smoothly, even though there was a delay in the ceremony due to weather. Everything transitioned really well and there were no awkward moments of people standing and waiting around (which was what I most wanted to avoid, so thank goodness!!).
Fon was really detail oriented and had a great eye for styling the wedding, and she acceded to all my aesthetic requests, such as fireworks, neon lights, table settings etc. Everyone at my wedding kept gushing at how beautiful the reception was and it was just such a perfect way to enjoy my wedding, knowing that it was in good hands.
Thanks so much to everyone at TBP for being so helpful and patient and efficient even when I wasn’t! Eternally grateful that the best day of my life went so perfectly.

We were blown away by the design, and the way it looked. The ladies were all so easy to work with on the day, and made me feel at ease. All of our guests kept commenting how amazing it was, and honestly it looked like a fairytale. They helped us organise drinks the night before, and also helped us with staff at the pool party we threw the day after the wedding, and also sorting out some last minute food for the pool party the day before.
They were an absolute pleasure to work with and anyone coming from abroad to get married in Thailand I would say go with them - you honestly wont regret it! We had the best few days of our lives, and its all due to their time & effort :)

When we first met Chonlada in 2019, we were meeting with several different wedding planners in person because we wanted to make sure we were going with the right people. Chonlada impressed us with her background in engineering, her entrepreneurial spirit, and we loved her spreadsheets - she was organized, clear, communicative and super kind. We are so glad that we chose her and her team, because they really did make our wedding the most fantastic party any of us will ever attend!
The Bridal Planner team worked with our budget well, and patiently walked through line items with us when we were trying to cut costs. Imm, the designer, is architecturally trained, and she worked closely with me on everything from the big idea down to the tiniest details. Flower budget was a huge concern for us, and while most luxury weddings in Phuket go with the same high budget florist, Imm chose a wonderful local florist who worked with our design and budget with local flowers that ended up blowing everyone's minds. It was GORGEOUS, unlike anything we'd ever seen, and fitted perfectly with our vision. Imm and Chonlada really went the extra mile to personalize and customize the entire experience and end result for us.
On the day of the wedding, Chonlada and Imm were calm and collected, and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. I never had to worry for a second about anything, because I knew they were there to ensure everything was going well. They were super professional and organized. Their presence made everything better.

I cannot recommend enough K Chonlada, K Imm and K Ice (who were the core team we worked with) - they were extremely professional, and very well organized. We had several meetings with the team over the course of 3-4 months over Zoom in the lead up to the wedding and the team was always on top of everything and responsive, which was very reassuring. Excel sheets detailing every aspect of our wedding were always updated promptly, and they had a solid list of recommended vendors.
The flowers, venue decorations were superb and exceeded our expectations. The wedding went smoothly without a hitch, and I would say hiring TBP was definitely the best decision we made! It allowed us to properly enjoy our wedding and mingle with our guests the entire day, knowing that the program and coordination with the hotel on the actual day was in great hands.

Me & my husband got married in Feb 2022 / we lived in Hong Kong during the wedding planning process -- organizing an event in a different country can be very stressful especially during Covid time but The Bridal Planner team is very organized, communicative, tasteful and I love how good they are on the excel sheet! You would want someone who is very organized when it comes to wedding planning!
We & our friends had the best time at the wedding -- the decoration, the location is so beautiful :)
We had some difficulty due to Covid where we can't confirm RSVP number until the last minute but the planner was very communicative with us & coordinated with the hotel/venue very well, so everything went well.
So beyond words thankful for K.Kate, K.Nam, K.Imm the Bridal Planner team for making our wedding day the best day ever, we wish we can turn back in time to do it all over again :D
