Jessica is so lovely to work with, she has a beautiful energy which made me feel comfortable and happy right away - which is super important when posing for photos. We got a lot done in a rather short period of time, and we had fun! Jessica is super responsive and managed to get me my pictures edited and in my inbox on the same day! Working with her was truly a pleasure that I can recommend to anyone who wants personal branding photography, fashion photography wedding photos etc!
Jess is a magician, and a true artist with her craft. She really listened to me and understood my vision. She helped me to feel relaxed and have fun and look at my best! We’ve done several shoots together, and each time I look back at the photos and am really pleased. As an artist myself, aesthetics & style are very important to me and having somebody understand my vision and execute it is priceless. Jess is my go-to, and will continue to be! Love you Jess!
We loved everything about working with Jessica for our engagement photos! She had a few specific places (in walking distance) and poses in mind, which helped facilitate what could seem like an awkward situation. But the best part, and some of the photos we loved the most, was her having us just walk around and be ourselves while she snapped photos. Her friendly and positive nature made it a lot of fun and she was great with feedback during the process. Lastly, her superb work ethic shone throughout as she was frequently switching lenses and lighting accessories, and adjusting her position while we posed to ensure the photos were amazing. Her work product is a testament to how much she loves what she does!
Jessica is amazing at what she does! I came across her Instagram page and loved how clean her photos were! She communicates with you very thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable. You are able to become vulnerable with her during your shoot which very few photographers have that gift to do. Jessica brings her very best and I highly recommend booking her!

I feel very awkward in front of a camera but Jess Castro has a very natural way of making you feel comfortable and beautiful. I hardly ever like pictures of myself, but she captured some of my all-time favorites and I feel really lucky to have found her! Plus she's just a treasure to work with and be around. Jessica is an incredible photographer. She photographed my band and I while we were on tour in California. I have never felt more comfortable with a photographer before.
