Harlene is amazing! She made it possible for us to have a wedding that is even better than we originally envisioned. Our wedding planning was an incredible journey. We were forced to change venues three times! Take note that the last change happened a month before our wedding date. In addition to that, we had to make multiple contract changes with our vendors. The emails and conversations back and forth seemed endless. But regardless of the challenges thrown at us, Harlene handled it with grace. She was able to find us an outdoor venue that was even more beautiful than the previous. She, along with Kara, made the execution of our wedding go smoothly. Harlene is truly exceptional. She was always prepared for meetings, thought of questions I didn't even think to ask for our vendors, and was SUPER organized. She was honestly the best decision we made with both of us working full time. We must have interviewed and reached out to over a dozen wedding planners, I was about to give up when we finally got in touch with Harlene. She's very easy going, helped us understand timelines, and was very responsive. We had a couple of things happen the day of, unexpected traffic, and maybe some things I am not even aware of, but Harlene was on top of everything!

Multiple guests have told us that our ~75 guest Napa wedding was one of the most beautiful and smoothly executed events they’d been to, and the credit goes all to Harlene. We hired Harlene for partial planning 6 months before our wedding and all we had at the time was a photographer, videographer and a venue.
