These are all words to describe the Magnetic Magnificent Event experience with Christa. Christa was officially the Day-of-Coordinator for our City Hall Wedding and Restaurant Reception, but she did so much more. Our event took place in SF, but we were planning from Texas; Christa ensured this was possible by being a great communicator and collaborator with us, our vendors, and our families. Leading up to the event, Christa kindly reminded us of deadlines and simplified the pre-event planning experience for me, so that on the day of our wedding, I could be the bride. She also gave us such fabulous vendor references, so that our event could stay in scope as a simple, fun celebration. During the reception she ensured that my husband and I were fed, hydrated, and happy, while balancing a tight schedule of reception activities. I confidently recommend her services to anyone considering planning a social or corporate event.
I've worked with Magnetic Magnificent Events a couple of times now and have always been blown away by their organization, attention to details, and professionalism! Highly, highly recommend.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic brought so much added stress, grief, and unknowns about what the future held. After postponing the big celebration a year, we FINALLY got our DREAM wedding!! We can't thank Christa at MME enough for helping to make it all possible! She took care of us from day one, keeping us organized, staying on top of vendors, and making sure our timeline ran smoothly. We always felt confident that she would get the job done! Christa made sure we stayed grounded throughout the whole process!! She was absolutely everything perfect and more!
First, we just want to say she’s the best person in the whole world! She’s kind, sweet, patient, professional, quite hilarious—and the list goes on!
From the beginning, she was easy to talk to. She got to know our vision and we built from there. She worked around what we wanted and our budget. Then she found the best vendors and got everything moving for us.
The communication throughout the whole planning journey was astounding! Everything was always on track and she was always there when we needed her and to answer any of questions or anything!
Can we also add, she was literally the angel we needed when we got hit with the unexpected pandemic and had to postpone our wedding! She took care of everything for us and comforted us that everything was going to be okay and our day would come.
And when it did…WOW!

Whatever you dream of for your wedding day, she turns into reality!
I had never imagined that our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was! People say something always goes wrong at a wedding—NOT TRUE! With Christa, it was beyond perfect and beyond what we dreamed of! She took care of everything and took care of us! The whole day was smooth and we did not have to do a thing! She was the glue that held everything together. She was literally the number one woman who made our day magical. We owe everything to her for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!!
Oh, AND she helped us with our honeymoon! She helped us plan it and she booked it and did literally everything for us for it! It was the best honeymoon ever—thanks again to her:)
We could go on and on about Christa but no review can do her justice!
She took all our worries and stresses away and gave us the best memories of a lifetime! Everyone needs Christa in their lives and would be lucky to have her! We are extremely blessed to have met her and are so grateful for all she’s done and all that she is!

I was so lucky to find Magnetic Magnificent Events to help with planning and day-of coordination for our covid wedding at Seascape Resort in Aptos. We had pushed our date once and decided to go through w/ our 2nd date in the midst of the delta wave. Christa was such a lifesaver in helping manage all the details and curveballs with wedding planning. She was extremely organized and responsive. Dawn helped us day of and was such an angel. She kept everything on track and was so amazing and sweet. I felt so supported by Christa and her team during the wedding and found her to be such a vital part in keeping our day running smooth and stress-free. I cannot thank Christa and Dawn enough!
