Working with The Gathering Co. for our wedding planning was an incredible experience. The entire process can feel extremely overwhelming and daunting, especially with social media and the constant comparison to what others are doing. It caused a lot more anxiety than I thought it would! However, our planner (Maddy) kept us grounded throughout the entire process. She was a reminder that your wedding should be exactly that, your own. And our day felt exactly like the planning process— intentional and authentic. I truly believe that’s what this team is all about— being genuine. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect wedding day, and I attribute so much of that to working with The Gathering Co. and Maddy.
Chelsy and Sage with The Gathering Co were truly one of the greatest gifts of our wedding experience. From the very beginning, they cared about every single detail — big and small — and handled everything with such warmth, calmness, and genuine joy. Deanna helped me with all the last-minute details and executed my wedding day perfectly! Trust them to plan your next event they will not disappoint!
Chelsy and her team at The Gathering Co were nothing short of amazing. As a "type A" individual, I questioned the need for a wedding planner starting out, and by the end of the process we remarked "we could have never ever done this without them". Their team is so thoughtful in paying attention to your vision and going above and beyond making it come to life. Leading up to the day, Chelsy handled all vendor communication, was incredibly organized in her process and made it our jobs to simply enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding we truly were speechless at her teams attention to detail and making us feel like the most important people in the world. Hiring The Gathering Co was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. While I'm glad the stress of wedding prep is over, I will miss working with this amazing team. You'd be missing out to not make them a part of your wedding day!

The Gathering Co played a giant role in making sure our wedding went off without a hitch! We specifically worked with Whitney who was so sweet and the most knowledgeable at her job! So many people came up to us and said it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to and we have to agree-- the timeline went so smoothly, and everything looked so beautiful! We truly thought we'd be stressed throughout the day making sure everything was running smoothly/on time, that everyone was having fun, and all our family was taken care of-- but because of TGC, we had no worries and were able to soak in all the precious moments from this amazing day!!!

From booking vendors, picking our rentals, responding to our many questions, to all the things you did day-of-- we couldn't imagine a better experience. If you're on the fence on whether or not to hire a coordinator for your wedding day - just do it. Hands down it was the best gift I could have given myself. Chelsy and her entire team at The Gathering Co are the most detail oriented, down to earth and efficient crew out there. I feel like I have made a friend for life working with Chels the year leading up to our wedding :)
