I recently had the privilege of working with Caitlin and Mikayla as the couple's photographer for a beautiful international wedding! This talented team took the destination wedding to a whole new level, turning it into an unforgettable experience. From a gondola ride to the ceremony, to irreplaceable ceremony rooftop views- this team planned such an incredible wedding weekend for the adventurous couple.

Words can never truly express how talented and wonderful H+T are. They will execute your vision, but elevate it beyond your wildest dreams. Every wedding they have ever planned is stunning. They planned my wedding in January and I gave them pretty loose guidelines to let them do what they do best... and they nailed it. I'd never seen anything more beautiful. On our wedding day, I figured at least 1 thing would go wrong.. but nothing did. It was truly seamless and perfect. I remember the wedding morning everyone kept telling me how "chill" I was, and that is only because I knew I had these masterminds behind it all. They are also wonderful, down to earth, kind & caring.  Caitlin and Mikayla, love yall. You are the best of the best!

I cannot say enough great things about Honey & Thyme. I photograph weddings all over the world and I have never been a part of a more organized, thoughtful, and well structured event than the one I worked with Honey & Thyme. The design was elevated and elegant, and the logistics were constantly taken care of. They made my job a breeze! As a vendor, Honey and Thyme was a breeze to work alongside! Mikayla was my primary contact for our event together, and she made communicating and organizing for the couple's special day so easy. My name is Joel and I am the band director and co-founder of the band Fly Fidelity. We worked with Mikayla and Caitlin last weekend at a beautiful wedding at Duke Mansion. I know that I am not exactly a client, but as a vendor that has worked with lots of different planners over the years, I can say that Honey and Thyme did an excellent job in setting us up for success. This is exactly what you need from a wedding planner. They can't do everything themselves, but they can help your other vendors prepare to execute their role and responsibility. On another note, they were very kind, available and communicative. We had the pleasure of having H+T plan all our wedding elements: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. Caitlyn and Mikayla area truly capable of endless dreams that makes the wedding process fun and stress free, and will leave your guests with a seamless experience. From our first meeting I was blown away by the level of knowledge this team brings to the table with a true passion to make each project unique. They have an unbeatable system combining organization and design for beautiful execution. Because they are the best, they work with the best and pulled the most epic team for our day. I was very involved in the wedding day design but after seeing what H+T is capable of, I let the girls take the drivers seat for my other events because they are just that amazing. I was met with professionalism and quick communication throughout the entire 1.5 engagement--any hour of the day, any day of the week.

Not only do they make you feel part of the team in brainstorming sessions, the girls became a support system even in times when wedding-era events happened. From my wedding dress never being ordered to my husband wanting to change his tux two weeks before the wedding.. these girls were on top of getting appointments and making sure we had everything we needed.

Through the Wedding Edit, they also helped me plan all my bridal looks I wore throughout my time as a bride and they helped organize the bridesmaid and Mother of the Bride dress. Farrah has a true eye for style and even met me in my home to go through my closet, met for coffee to discuss looks, and attended my wedding dress appointment to get my replacement gown.

Looking back on my wedding experience.. I fail to see how I alone or any other planner could have given us the most perfect wedding events. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to work with this team and have the most wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. If anyone can do themselves a favor for planning their wedding--H+T will do you right.

Where do I begin?! I was recommended H+T through our venue and was immediately drawn to their aesthetic, boutique-feel and design-forward approach. More than that, their lead planners, Caitlin & Mikayla, are an absolute joy to work with. With a year and a half engagement, we worked closely weekly (if not daily) to curate our dream 3-day wedding weekend. H+T were extremely responsive, understanding and constantly advocating for our needs and wishes. They took away the stress of the "ugly" parts of the planning (logistics, contracts, timelines) so that we could focus on the more exciting aspects of design and preparing for marriage.

Our 3-day wedding weekend was all encompassing, with different design and vendor needs. They provided concierge service, a seamless timeline and luxury feel! As someone that loves being a part of the creative process and was very much involved in the design and styling, H+T were able to bring my vision to life (while considering budget) exceeding all expectations. During our wedding weekend, they brought a sense of peace, calm and seamlessness. Both my husband and I, and our families, were completely hands-off and present because of their efficiency, passion and attention to detail. They are amazing at what they do! They handled any issues with grace and ease which was necessary in preserving the magic of our weekend. The venue could have been on fire and we would have never known or been able to tell from their faces lol! Looking back, we have absolutely no doubt that they were integral to our weekend and worth every penny.

As a type A girlie that wanted to handle it all- I initially questioned if a planning service was even "necessary" - I could not have been proved more wrong. Looking back at the photos and videos- I still can't believe that that's how our weekend looked. We felt like we were floating on a cloud the entire time and I'm certain it's because we placed all our trust and faith in the H+T team. I will truly miss working with Caitlin & Mikayla and the conversations we shared about curating our dream weekend. Going forward, I will continue to cheerlead their work and highly recommend them to all for event planning & design needs!
