I do not know where to even start with this wonderful team. We were skeptical about hiring a full-service event planner and were originally going to hire just a day of coordinator for our wedding because we thought we could handle the planning ourselves, but we felt a sense of ease from the second we talked to Brittany and knew that we needed to hire them as a full-service event planner, and I am so glad we did because the wedding would have been a hot mess without them. They used the Monday Platform to make sure we knew what tasks we needed to get done each month, which allowed us to be organized and confident throughout the wedding planning process. They were also in constant communication through the Monday board about these tasks and updated us with any pertinent information. They even brought up points that we would never have thought about or considered if we were doing the planning on our own, but they have tons of knowledge due to their past experiences. Our families said it was the most organized wedding that they have ever attended! EVERYTHING was on time, which as we know is rare for a South Asian event. Since they have been in the event planning business for so long, they have very strong relationships with vendors, which helped us tremendously during our search for a DJ, HMU, food, and decor. Everyone they recommended to us ended up being amazing and the vendors themselves were happy to hear that Eventrics was our wedding planning team because they have always had a positive experience with them. As I am sure all couples experience during wedding planning, we did have some hiccups along the way with our venue and vendors, but Eventrics was always right there by our side guiding us and assuring us that we will get through all the obstacles and have an amazing wedding and THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT! Trust me you want them on your side throughout this crazy journey you are about to start!

Where do I start? The best decision I made apart from marrying my husband was hiring the Eventrics ream to coordinate our wedding in Orlando, especially since we live in New York. Brittany and Melinda went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. They found the perfect wedding venue, vendors (cake, floral, decor, hair and makeup etc) and executed every single personalized detail that we wanted. The Eventrics team kept open communications with us and provided wonderful fresh ideas that made this entire wedding planning process an adventure of a lifetime. The fact that both Melinda and Brittany have a lot of experience with Hindu wedding planning made this entire process smooth, as they knew exactly what was needed. We were pampered on both wedding days, kept on schedule and did not have to worry about a thing. We received a lot of compliments from our guests on how organized our 2 day event was. I am so happy we made the decision to hire the Eventrics team, I have a lot of trust and confidence in their work and I know they truly put their hearts into their events. I will certainly hire them again for any future event requiring their expertise. Eventrics is a must have vendor when planning your wedding. They supported me from the beginning all the way to the last hour of my wedding night. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. Not only did they do the first line of vetting of all my vendors so that my vendor selection was easier on me, but they made sure to be a part of every conversation so that the process stayed on track. Their best contribution was their ability to communicate with all parties on my behalf. They were able to ensure all vendors had the items and accommodations necessary. They then supported my family and vendor team but creating timelines and assisting day of so that we stayed on track. Absolutely blown away but not only their professional expertise throughout the whole process, but their attention to client service and detail. They make sure you're every request is met. My wedding went off without a hitch all due to the Eventrics team. They work extremely hard and I could not recommend them more. Hiring them makes your experience as a bride so much more enjoyable and manageable. They truly made my wedding the success that it was and I honestly could not have done it without them.

Hiring Brittany, Whitney, and the Eventrics team was one of the first (and easiest) decisions we made when planning our wedding! It was evident from our initial conversations that the Eventrics team was experienced, knowledgable, and trustworthy when it came to planning and executing memorable wedding events. Brittany and team helped us plan (and re-plan) our pandemic wedding over a span of 2 years - helping us navigate some difficult decisions with ease and professionalism. I truly appreciated Eventrics patience and guidance, detailed organization, communication with families and wedding party, and dedication to making sure that all parties were taken care of during wedding weekend. Our events ran seamlessly and we couldn't be more thankful!

Brittany and her team of lovey women were amazing start to finish. Between traveling back and forth to NYC and Tampa and having 6 months to plan my wedding, Brittany was there every step of the way. Initially, my parents were wondering why we needed a planner but my mom to this day talks about how Eventrics was worth every cent! I even had a mishap and forgot my bouquet for my church ceremony and it was hand delivered! Everything transitioned ever so smoothly!

We are incredibly happy that we selected Eventrics for our destination wedding in Amelia Island, Florida!

We are a New York-based couple who had barely 6 months from the time we got engaged until our wedding – largely driven by limited availability with COVID (and in fact, our Sangeet/Wedding was on a Sunday/Monday, which ended up working out amazingly).  While we met with Brittany in person at least once during our planning process, almost all of our work was done remotely – she and her team were seamless and easy-to-work with throughout.  They were highly responsive, very detail-orientated, kept us on task and on track, and collaborated with us so we could weave in certain elements of our own personalities/styles.

If you’re having a Hindu wedding, or a partial Hindu wedding, you’re in luck because Brittany and her team are specialists in this area.  We recall during the planning process when we were discussing details of the Ceremony – Brittany knew certain aspects of a Hindu ceremony that even we didn’t know!  There are also enhanced family-related commitments throughout a Hindu wedding, and Brittany’s team managed these very well and delicately as needed.

During the actual events, she and her team were lifesavers.  For example, a member of Brittany’s team was permanently assigned to each of us as bride and groom – thus, we had a soft knock at the door when it was time to wake up, or leave for the next event, such as a family photoshoot.  We felt like VIP movie stars for the whole weekend – and we were able to be in the moment and enjoy ourselves to the max.  One funny story we can’t forget: the bride forgot her contacts right before the actual Reception and during the Cocktail Hour while we were in a holding area and eating food, a member of Brittany’s team ran to the hotel room upstairs to grab a pair of contacts!  There wasn’t a detail or task too small that they wouldn’t take care of.

Brittany herself was on-site (along with several of her team) during the entire wedding, and both her and her team did a great job of blending into the background (they were most “present” in the pre-event portions during setup).  During our planning, Brittany and the team worked closely with us on the schedule to ensure everything ran on time, and we included some buffer time so nothing felt super rushed – ultimately this all worked perfectly.

After the wedding, we unfortunately had a 6 month-plus delay in our photos/videos from a vendor who Eventrics has worked closely with.  Brittany personally intervened to help us with the photo/video vendor to ensure that these products would be delivered and stayed in close touch with both us and the vendor.

The Eventrics team was phenomenal to work with. We originally were introduced to them at a friend's wedding, saw their work in action and were blown away with their ability to run such a large event so smoothly.

Brittany and her Eventrics team is absolutely AMAZING!!! We hired Eventrics in early 2020 and they worked with us as we navigated the last two years of this pandemic which were full of postponements, more postponements, and eventually cancellations. Throughout it all, the Eventrics team remained attentive to our needs and continued to help us as we put the pieces of our wedding back together. We had an Indian-Latin fusion wedding which encompassed a lot of different traditions. They brought their expertise in Indian weddings to help us navigate through that planning process. Although, our initial vision changed, they managed to easily adapt to the new plan and still provide us with the same expert level of commitment. They made themselves available to us for calls, stayed in contact via emails, and were great with sending us reminders regarding our timeline and deadlines. We were particularly amazed with their ability to make our wedding weekend the least stressful weekend. Their team divided their tasks and there was always someone available for us to talk to in case we needed anything. They remained on top of their responsibilities, communicated well with our vendors, with our families, and with our guests. If anything went wrong that weekend, I promise that neither myself or my husband were ever made aware of it. We would 100% without question recommend Eventrics to any bride and groom planning their wedding. We can't imagine planning our event without their help and guidance. Deciding to work with the Eventrics Wedding team was by far the best decision my family made during wedding planning.  From the first day we spoke to Brittany over the phone for our consultation, to finally walking down the aisle after multiple wedding postponements, Brittany and her entire team were by our side, answering any question or fulfilling any task in a prompt and efficient manner.
