Hiring Eventrics Weddings was the best decision we made when planning our Catholic-Hindu wedding!!!. It was a blessing to be able to spend wonderful time with our lover ones during ceremony and party. Brittany, Melinda and Taylor made sure every detail was in place. They helped us with all from the very beginning to the very last details, even added thoughtful extra touches that we are so grateful for! We were so glad to have them there to discreetly guide us through our reception when we were in a happy fog; we wouldn’t have known what to do without them there. Brittany's passion for weddings combined with her organization and attention to detail make her worth far more than the rates she charges. We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding; our wedding was the smoothly-run success we dreamt it could be!
Eventrics did a fantastic job with our special weekend. Melinda and Brittany were so organized and helpful! I am all about planning and especially when it comes to hosting 500 people for 4 events over three days. Needless to say planning is key. They were on top of every little detail in the months leading up to the wedding and during the event as well. The ladies made sure I did not have to stress about a single thing during the weekend and I was able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend! With having Eventrics be there for us, we don’t know what the following phrase means “wedding planning and weddings are stressful.

We started our wedding planning with an extensive search for a wedding planner who specializes in South Asian weddings, knowing our large families and specific customs and requests. We instantly felt connected and comfortable with Brittany after our first conversations. She has always been extremely thorough, professional and organized. She is also incredibly conscientious about sticking to a set budget and knowing what is practical. She has great connections with other equally professional and established vendors. Brittany allowed for open, honest and regular communication during the entire year-long process. We grew so accustomed to our weekly chats and emails that we felt such a void when it all came to a close!
During our wedding weekend, the entire Eventrics team was a dream to work with! Our guests and family members (even the most critical) were all so impressed by how well organized, well run, and scrupulous they were, which reflected in our seamless wedding weekend. All of our events occurred on time or even early, which was quite the surprise for an Indian affair! As bride and groom, through the weekend we felt so well taken care of by the team and really were able to enjoy the process ourselves without a worry.

We were so fortunate to have Eventrics plan and execute our daughter's Sangeet and Wedding. Our daughter had met Brittany and Melinda well before we signed up with them, and fell in love with them instantly. We did talk to a few other wedding planners but no one came close to Brittany and Melinda's genuine passion and interest for our daughter's wedding. Once we signed up, our experience was just amazing. The periodic phone calls, follow up of meeting minutes, attention to details, itemized to do lists and clear communications streamlined the whole process. Everything we wanted, no matter how trivial, was followed through and nothing was left off the list. Eventrics' vast experience with Indian weddings guided us with everything that we needed to take into account from day one for a smooth wedding. We feel Eventrics materialized our daughter's dream wedding with the utmost details and perfection.
I'm so grateful for the Eventrics team! They were an absolute dream to have for my wedding. Brittany, Taylor, and Mercedes did an excellent job keeping everything and everyone organized and on time. I had a 3 event weekend for my wedding, and for each event they were such a huge help! I literally could not have done it without them! They're the sweetest ladies and you won't regret having them for your next event!
I had a great experience with Eventrics - not sure I could imagine a 400+ person wedding WITHOUT a wedding planner. After hearing stories of friends advice - do your homework - go with someone who is highly experience with vendors and venues in your area, someone who is experienced with your culture and working with large weddings. It's an incredible feat - and Eventrics did it smoother than I could have EVER imagined. Worth every penny!
We want to thank Eventrics Weddings for their support and efforts for our wedding. The COVID-19 pandemic made our wedding planning process stressful and volatile, but Brittany and Taylor stood by us every step of the way and supported us to the greatest extent possible. We can’t thank them enough for their perseverance as we moved our wedding from its original date in April to December, and then urgently had to transition all wedding events from the venue to our home just two weeks prior to the big day. The Eventrics Team took the stress of all the small tasks that had to be completed upon themselves, and allowed us to truly enjoy the day itself. They were very detail oriented in their timeline and worked well with all of the vendors to make the day go as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend them to any future clients!
I called today as I was in search for a wedding decorator and assumed that this company was a wedding decorator. I spoke with Brittney, I believe, who was so professional. Brittany and her Eventrics team is absolutely AMAZING!!! We hired Eventrics in early 2020 and they worked with us as we navigated the last two years of this pandemic which were full of postponements, more postponements, and eventually cancellations. Throughout it all, the Eventrics team remained attentive to our needs and continued to help us as we put the pieces of our wedding back together. We had an Indian-Latin fusion wedding which encompassed a lot of different traditions. They brought their expertise in Indian weddings to help us navigate through that planning process. Although, our initial vision changed, they managed to easily adapt to the new plan and still provide us with the same expert level of commitment. They made themselves available to us for calls, stayed in contact via emails, and were great with sending us reminders regarding our timeline and deadlines. We were particularly amazed with their ability to make our wedding weekend the least stressful weekend. Their team divided their tasks and there was always someone available for us to talk to in case we needed anything. They remained on top of their responsibilities, communicated well with our vendors, with our families, and with our guests. If anything went wrong that weekend, I promise that neither myself or my husband were ever made aware of it. We would 100% without question recommend Eventrics to any bride and groom planning their wedding. We can't imagine planning our event without their help and guidance.
