If you're hesitating between deciding whether it is necessary it to have a wedding coordinator, I would say, it's definitely worth it.. and then highly recommend Vanessa fr om Lovelee Experiences. Wedding planning can be stressful due to the amount of research and communication you need to have with so many different vendors. So many choices, decisions, meetings, opinions etc. Wh ere do you start? Which vendors are reliable? The best thing you could do for yourself is to bring along someone who can guide you through the process. Vanessa may have started her own company recently, but she shared about all her experiences helping several brides/grooms through their wedding planning process and I was eager to ask for her help. During an initial planning meeting with Vanessa, you'll decide on how much involvement you'll need from her in the process. She can do full on planning or day of coordinating etc. Even though my wedding venue included their own event coordinator, I was so glad to have Vanessa take the lead on the coordinating for my wedding. She's very detailed and prompt, quick to respond to emails, and very organized with the wedding planning documents she has set up. I wanted to book things myself, but she checked in with me frequently to make sure I was on track with the timeline. Once it got closer to the wedding, she was the sole communicator to the vendors and I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. Not only is she professional, she's just the sweetest person and has a deep passion for what she does. I enjoyed working with her so much and would highly recommend her!!

She is really about the experience she creates, and every single touch and detail is picked and executed to design and plan the day you dream of, whether it is for a wedding, a styled shoot, a birthday party, or a workshop. I worked with her team many times, and I just can't wait for the next time. It should be because of the amount of energy she will spend on hand-picking every single note. If you need someone to be with you step-by-step through the wedding process, Vanessa is the best! She's a wedding designer, planner, and coordinator all-in-one. From the beginning, she took our different styles and created a design board that incorporated our aesthetic preferences, provided a timeline and checklist, worked with the vendors, and then ensured the day of the wedding ran smoothly. Vanessa took what was in the design board and turned it into a beautiful reality. She was also very responsive and helped keep us on track. Vanessa is a SUPER detailed A to Z wedding planning subject-matter expert that ensures your wedding day program is on time down to the second and ensures your wedding program is followed down to the T, all while down to earth to work with, enthusiastic and passionate about her work. She was very attentive and responsive to our requirements and in answering our many, many questions, very organized and detailed, and always made sure we were on track in the planning phase. Everything went exactly according to plan on our wedding day, and we cannot thank her enough for making this special day memorable, smooth sailing, and enjoyable for us.
Vanessa was monumental for the big day! Wedding planning was very overwhelming but she guided us every step of the way. In our first meeting, she provided an overview of the entire wedding planning process and a thorough checklist/roadmap to ensure we stuck to a schedule. Closer to the wedding, she worked with all of our vendors to ensure all things were in order. On the day itself, everything was seamless. All of our guests had a great time!
