Savina created our wedding with the intention of what truly mattered to us—not just how the wedding would look, but how it would make the guests feel.

On the wedding day itself, everything flowed seamlessly. We were able to be fully present with each other and our guests, which is something we’ll always be grateful for.

Many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. We thank Savina for realizing our vision.

What stayed with us most was the small gestures which truly elevated the guests experiences. Moments we hadn’t anticipated became some of the most memorable. The boat tour and welcome dinner, for example, had an ease to it that everyone responded to—the food, the scenery, the feeling of being together. It set the tone in a way that felt effortless and welcoming.

There was also a level of thoughtfulness that extended to every guest. Savina made sure the children had their own space through the atelier, where they were completely immersed and having fun, which in turn allowed their parents to relax and be present. It’s a small detail which changed the experience for many people.

And then there were the quieter gestures behind the scene - helping a family arrive to dinner seamlessly, making sure their luggage was taken care of so nothing interrupted their evening.  It’s a small example, but it reflects how attentive she was to individual needs.

We have been working with Savina for over a year to plan the wedding. She took the time to understand our needs and give us curated suggestions from the venue to each individual vendor. Her taste and ability to find the best people - from our florist to our officiant - really made it a bespoke and thoughtful wedding day.

As we were based on the east coast and with full time jobs, meeting Savina and our vendors in Europe could be a challenge. However, Savina was highly accommodating, willing to meet with us when we could, including on the weekends. She also visited our venue multiple times as the wedding neared to have discussion with the hotel staff on final details.

Overall, we would highly recommend Savina for the couple who want a special and thoughtful European wedding. She will put together an unforgettable event that will be forever remembered by you and your guests.

THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER!

From beginning to end, Savina and her team were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. I could not recommend her more. Savina is a leader in her field. We feel extremely lucky that we found her and were able to work with her when planning our destination-wedding this past May.

Savina turned our day into an absolute dream; it far exceeded our expectations. Savina has an AMAZING EYE for design, but on top of that, she is extremely organized and well-connected in the  industry. Every single vendor she suggested was incredible. The outcome of our wedding could not have been more beautiful. We were blown away by every detail.

Savina was truly a pleasure to work with. She remained mindful of our budget and NEVER made us feel bad, or gave any push-back to the things / recommendations we said “No” to. She was extremely flexible with our time difference, which was not easy since we live in Seattle Washington and were planning a wedding in the south of France (a 9 hour difference).

Savina genuinely does EVERYTHING to make your day what you envisioned AND more. Her expertise allowed us to be present throughout our entire wedding weekend.

Because of Savina, we were able to solely focus on each other and our friends / family - nothing else. From the welcome dinner, to the wedding day, to the day after brunch  - Savina handled it ALL. She truly executed a destination wedding of 70 people in a manner so smooth and seamless - it is beyond impressive.

As a bride and groom, to have been able to enjoy our day as if we were also a guest, is such an incredible thing. We feel so fortunate.

On top of all of that mentioned, she is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Within minutes of meeting Savina, my husband and I both noted how genuine and sincere she is.

Her warmness really put us at ease throughout this entirely stressful process. That attribute of hers not only made us enjoy the millions of meetings and interactions we had throughout the year of planning - but also made it enjoyable to have her around throughout the events.

Our family and friends all adored Savina as well. Her and her team just added even more sweet and positive energy to our special day.

I cried the day after our wedding saying “good-bye” to Savina. We got married almost 1 month ago and already miss our weekly zoom meetings with her.

Simply put - hire her. You will not regret it.

I recently worked with Savina Uldry on a wonderful luxury wedding at the Fairmont Montreux Palace in Montreux.  The wedding event over two days was stunning and had been meticulously planned by Savina and her team.  Savina was fabulous to work with from inception to the end of the event and I would highly recommend her.  She also had a great connection with the couple and it was lovely to see them working so closely on their joint vision.
