Working with Jess was a pleasure! She is very organized and very detailed orientated which I loved! She knew exactly what to expect for the wedding which shows how seasoned and experienced she is with planning weddings. She was excellent in making sure to keep on schedule with the timeline we both created and reminding me to eat, lol...which was very important to me. I recommend her to plan any event, especially an event as big as a wedding!

We had our wedding last December 10, 2022. Worked with Jessica for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Jess was incredibly organized and professional. She listened to our vision for the wedding and helped turn it into a reality. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided valuable suggestions throughout the planning process.
It was stressful already with the venue on how strict the place and management was but she was able to do it for us. On the day of the wedding, Jess and her team executed everything perfectly and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her hard work, our wedding day was stress-free and truly magical. Hiring Jess was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She stepped in 60 days out from our wedding when the stress was starting to build and took over everything so seamlessly. She was extremely responsive and professional. The entire weekend went by perfectly. The day of the wedding we simply got to enjoy our day and focus on ourselves and enjoying time with our guests. She made sure my husband and I had plenty of time to eat and was already 5 steps ahead of any potential issues. We would 100% recommend Jess for any wedding/event. We hired Jess for our wedding in august 2022, and she was amazing. She was responsive, organized, and happy to give honest opinions. She really helped guide us through the process. We had a great experience working with Jess for our 5/29/22 wedding in Pasadena, CA. She was an instrumental part in creating the schedule, working with our vendors, and essentially doing all of the behind the scenes work (including providing ideas for the table settings) that my husband and I did not have time to do on our own. In addition, Jess and her assistant were able to easily work with our venue POC and ensure that everything went smoothly while we were getting ready for the day. From turning on 50+ light up cowboy hats and glow sticks on the fly to ensuring my husband and I had eaten during the reception, she took care of every thing on my list going into the event.
We had a minor issue with our shuttle company not arriving to the correct location or on time and Jess handled this behind the scenes so that we didn't have to deal with it at all and she waited with the rest of our guests at the ceremony location before heading to the reception venue to ensure everybody got on the shuttle.
I can't recommend her services enough and am happy knowing that everything turned out the way we wanted it to.

I absolutely loved working with Jessica, and would recommend her to any clients who needs help with wedding/event planning. She really goes above and beyond for you, even the things you’d thing no one would do for you she would get it done. Not only she’s one of the most professional I’ve met in the industry, she’s super sweet, kind, and patience (to listen to all of my hundred of ideas and changes). Highly recommend her!
Jess was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I are SO happy we hired Jess as our Wedding Planner/Coordinator. She is sweet, professional, flexible, and highly talented. From our first consultation, I knew I would ask her to be my Wedding Planner/Coordinator. Jess walks you through everything, and she's always there for you if you have any questions or concerns. Her online planner was super helpful for keeping my husband and me on task! Like most couples, my husband and I are extremely busy with work and life obligations, yet our planning and wedding were stress-free, with Jess helping us each step of the way. My wedding day was filled with only love, happiness, laughter, family, and friends. No crazy situations, even if there was a hiccup; maybe there was, but Jess nipped it in the bud so as not to ruin my special day. Our wedding was memorable and beautiful because of Jess!

Jess is an amazing planner! She is organized, punctual and provides excellent customer service. She is very thorough and provides meticulous service which will put your mind at ease. I highly recommend her!
As an MC, I attend a ton of weddings. One sign of a great wedding planner is when changes happen due to unforseen circumstances (weather) but no one knows what changed. That's flawless maneuvering and a sign of a very calm, cool, and collected planner. That is Jess. 100%.
This particular wedding had a lot of little things that needed to be payed attention to and Jess checked every box. She put together a beautiful wedding. The couple was happy, the guest were happy, and I was impressed.
