Josh and I only had one clear vision—our venue. Everything else was a blank slate, and Chloe brought it all to life. She took our scattered ideas and turned them into a design that was cohesive, stylish, joyful, and felt like us. She has the top vendors in her network, and helped us understand where to invest, where to pull back, and always kept our priorities and budget in mind. I often said, “I trust you more than me—you’re the expert,” and I’m so glad I did because the weekend felt like it was out of a movie, and every single detail was perfection.

To top our experience off - Chloe quite literally made our wildest dreams come true! What started as a joke about getting our favorite artist to play our wedding became a reality—because Chloe is just that amazing, and her network knows no bounds. Our favorite artist happened to be playing BottleRock the day after our wedding, and when I casually mentioned that I had slid into their DMs, Chloe didn’t skip a beat. She said, “Well, if you want them, I can reach out to their manager.” Within a week, we were in negotiations—and just like that, our dream came true!

We truly cannot recommend Chloe and her team more highly. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding weekend—and that’s entirely because of her. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, take the leap—you’ll be so glad you did.

Chole was introduced to us through our community in San Francisco-she came highly recommended and after a few minutes on a call with her, we knew we found the person to handle planning our wedding. Our wedding was special for many reasons, but perhaps mostly because we were able to be fully present while the orchestration of the many moving pieces were handled by Chole-including bringing our dream artist to perform at our after party.

I found Chloe on Google (probably like you, reading this) while searching for a full service destination wedding planner.

I knew planning a wedding wasn’t gonna happen myself and I needed professional help.

I interviewed a few other planners, but immediately after talking with Chloe, I knew she was the one for me. She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and we had a lot in common! (Sounds like I’m falling in love with her… I DID!!!)

Anyway, Chloe is a pro at what she does. She has an eye for design, countless top tier contacts all over the world, and is organized and on top of it!

She made the planning process so smooth and actually fun! Initially, I was unsure of a destination wedding, or a wedding in my hometown. She graciously showed us some venue ideas in Italy and Mexico, that were out of this world! Once we narrowed it down to the Cabo San Lucas, Mexico area, she came out and toured venues with us! We ended up falling in love with Hotel San Cristobal in Todos Santos Mexico, which we would have NEVER found on our own. It was the most magical venue and immediately after touring it, we started dreaming up wedding ideas together by the pool.

Once it got down to picking vendors, Chloe had so many great recommendations with awesome portfolios. She also set up calls with vendors and joined in to chat and get a better feel of them, their work, and deciding who to hire. Also, something things that I thought were too hard to do, she made seem so easy and simple (like a custom dance floor design, a 3 minute firework show, and flipping our ceremony area to reception in an hour).

I also loved the aisle planner app she uses to keep everything organized so I could refer back to it to make decisions easier, stick to our budget, and keep track of what we needed to get done.

And on the big day, her day of coordination was TOP NOTCH! Chloe, Devan and Bianca were so helpful, kept things on track and according to plan. Also, THEY ARE JUST THE SWEETEST!!! It was awesome being able to direct all my guests’ questions to her. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I literally just showed up. I LOVED IT!!!

I honestly cannot recommend Chloe enough. I had THE GREATEST experience and I only have great things to say!!!

So you’re thinking about hiring a wedding planner, and Chloe’s name has crossed your desk. Stop there. It’s not worth your precious time to look one step further, Chloe is your girl. From the beginning and somewhat awkward stages of planning, when you don’t quite know where or how to begin, what vendors to consider, or even what aesthetic you should roll with, Chloe is right there, guiding you toward making the best and right decision for you and your wedding day. She is there for the big decisions - like picking a venue and deciding between a band and a DJ - and the small ones, like what color napkins will look best with your table settings. We spent a year planning our San Francisco wedding with Chloe, and through regular check-ins via email, video chat, text, and in-person, the support and care she gave to every question, concern and thought, was incredibly comforting. While I know Chloe was busy throughout the year helping many other couples plan their perfect days, she really made it feel like we were her number one priority at all times. Chloe’s calm, cool and collected manner was exactly the kind of consistency I needed throughout the ups and downs of wedding planning. We started working with Chloe after choosing the venue for our wedding. We knew from looking at her work that she had a strong eye for design, which was a priority for us, and on our first call we really clicked–she was so calming about what felt like an overwhelming process at the time. The vibe we got on the first call was the vibe she brought to the full year of planning. Chloe was attentive to what we wanted the wedding to look like AND what we wanted it to feel like. There can sometimes be a tradeoff with weddings where they are either beautiful or fun; Chloe has an exceptional gift of ensuring you have both.

Possibly the strongest testament to Chloe as a wedding planner is that we had the most PHENOMENAL vendor team. We went with basically every recommendation she gave us because they were so clearly suited to our vision. Seriously, every single vendor was beyond wonderful (at their craft, and as people). As an example, we had no idea where to start with finding a DJ. When we told Chloe, she told us we didn’t need to bother look around, she had the perfect DJ for us in mind. She was right every time.

On the day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly and beautifully. If there were any hiccups, we didn’t know about them. I think that is the essence of a phenomenal planner and coordinator. In addition to running everything smoothly, she and her team somehow also made the time during the wedding to have a surprise for us (decorating the golf cart we’d rented for the caterer as a “just married” car, tin cans on strings at all).

I had so much fun planning our wedding with her. There were some elements I wanted to DIY (reception flowers) and Chloe embraced it (even though other people told me I was crazy), and she used her expertise to help me go about it in a fun and effective way that minimized stress but maximized the creative fun. We would plan our wedding again with her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Chloe!

Hiring Chloe to plan our wedding was one of, if not the best, decisions we made throughout our entire planning process. From the jump, it was clear to me that Chloe has impeccable taste, was a seasoned professional, and would be a calm and thoughtful partner throughout the process. On your wedding day, you think mostly about spending time with your new spouse, your family, and your friends, but you don't really realize how much of the wedding process and even the wedding day involves your planner. Luckily for me, Chloe felt much more like a friend than a vendor we had hired and my husband and I both turned to each other during our reception and said "Thank god for Chloe."

One of the things that impressed me most was Chloe's versatility. We planned our wedding over the course of 18 months, so I was able to follow along with all the weddings that Chloe planned and put on during my own planning period, and I was floored at her ability to nail different aesthetics and produce something that always felt extremely polished and well done, but clearly true to the couple's vision. The same was true of our wedding. It only took a few conversations for Chloe to send back a mood board that completely nailed our aesthetic, and when we walked into the venue on our wedding day I gasped at how much better it looked than I had even envisioned.

My wedding was one of the best days of my life and the most fun I've ever had, and I can say confidently that much of that was due to Chloe and her team. I give her my highest possible recommendation and promise that if you hire her, you will not be disappointed!

Working with Chloe over the past year was easily one of the highlights of our wedding process. Chloe is a true partner every step of the way. She will take your vision and help it come to life. She never says "we can't do that" or "that's not possible." She listens, takes it all in, and then simply finds a way. She has an amazing eye for design and is a true master of logistics. I am a designer, so I had a lot of input when it came to the look and feel of our big day but struggle heavily with logisitics. Chloe seamlessly connected all of the dots between, florals, paper, table settings, linens, literally everything. You may not even realize how much she is doing behind the scenes throughout your planning process because she never gloats, brags, or whines about anything, she just DOES IT. We would have regular check ins throughout the planning process and I would come with my lists and Chloe would always say "oh I've already done that" or "oh, I already reached out to them," she is so on top of it all. On my wedding day, when I saw all of our vendors scurrying around doing anything and everything to make it the the most perfect day for me, my husband and our families I was literally floored and brought to tears. Chloe is a fearless leader and not too mention she is just so cool. I have been told that when it comes to weddings the joy is in the journey and with Chloe, that is so so true. Hiring Chloe as your wedding planner, will ensure that you have a cool, fun, beautiful wedding and as an added bonus, you might just make a friend in the process :)

Let's be honest — weddings are one of the most stressful/fun/expensive/thrilling experiences of any couple's journey together. And my wife and I would argue after the fact a good coordinator is critical to ensuring a couple's sanity. Amidst all the chaos of planning AND execution, Chloe and her team are the shining knights in armor that made our wedding an absolute joy.

Chloe has all the fundamentals of a coordinator — organization, communication, experience, tact, etc. But what stands about Chloe are her 1) design abilities, 2) passion, and 3) calm nature. You might reach a point in planning like we did where you just wish anyone could make a decision besides yourself. Or where you're panicking about whether you're doing everything you're supposed to. Chloe stepped in as much as we needed with grace, polish, and creativity.
