We are so thankful for all that Ali had done during our special day. It is hands down one of the best decisions we made to hire her as our wedding coordinator. The team of assistants also did an amazing job and our guests even commented on how attentive and helpful they all were. Ali specifically handled the whole day (plenty of unexpected little mishaps) with patience and such a calm nature. The details were executed phenomenally and while there were some hiccups from other vendors, Ali and her team handled it with so much professionalism and with quick, creative solutions. We felt so comfortable with her from the get-go and incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Ali - you made our special day so magical and memorable (in the best way). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We're also lucky to have gained a friend in Miami while planning our wedding from afar :)

I worked with Ali as my day of coordinator and I could not be happier to have chosen her. She ensured that I did not have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding! She worked closely with all our vendors, put together our timeline, and ensured our wedding went off without a hitch. If you want to feel relieved and calm the day of your wedding hire AD ASTRA! Alianne & Dani were phenomenal. They made it out to our wedding day in Paris, France and managed a crew of 70+ guests all in French. Highly recommend hiring Ad Astra either for the day of your wedding or as your wedding planner. They will do wonders for you & make you feel so special. Alianne’s sense of humor is what diffuses any stress and she has truly knows how to take direction.
