I am a wedding photographer and videographer and recently filmed an event put on by Elle and Co and they were SO lovely to work with! Lauren with Elle and Co is truly the best out there. From our initial call, through email coordination, and day of event, everything was executed flawlessly and in such an organized way. It was wonderful to work with them as a vendor, their organization allowed me to focus and create art from a calm and easy place! My daughter and I had the privilege of working with Lauren from Elle &Co. while planning her winter wedding. She helped us transform an extremely large space into to ceremony, cocktail, and reception area. Her knowledge and talent for wedding planning surpassed all our expectations. Every detail was thought out and implemented the day of the wedding. The wedding timeline went seamless, she worked with all vendors. We ran ahead of schedule for pictures, ect… We had complete confidence in her ability to execute and deliver the wedding of our dreams. Lauren was extremely professional and easy to work with. No questions and advice were too many. We honestly could not have done it without her.

Our wedding was March 9, 2024, at the spectacular Mt. Washington Mill Dye House. From the moment we began working with Lauren and her team at Elle & Co., we knew we were in the best of hands. Their week-of support was simply unparalleled. From the outset, Lauren's dedication and foresight were remarkable. She anticipated details we hadn’t even considered and deftly arranged a rain backup transportation plan, which turned out to be a lifesaver. Her proactive approach, coupled with her insightful advice and seamless vendor connections, transformed what could have been a stressful planning process into an absolute joy. Lauren's availability and responsiveness were outstanding. She was always there to answer our questions and offer valuable insights. In the crucial week leading up to our wedding, she was available at a moment’s notice, meticulously tying up every last detail. The creativity Lauren brought to our wedding was extraordinary. She took our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined, showcasing all our months of planning with effortless beauty and elegance. Lauren and her team made our wedding not just special but a true reflection of our personalities and love story. Lauren's connection with our vendors was seamless. She ensured everyone had exactly what they needed, and any potential hiccups were managed with grace and efficiency. She even assisted us in arranging “happy birthday” to be sung to our two flower girls, turning 6 and 1 the week of the wedding. She also assigned a team member to escort in the Orioles Bird who made a surprise appearance for our guests during cocktail hour! Ushering him in during our ceremony, with our guests none the wiser. One moment that stood out was when she discreetly removed a tip jar we hadn’t planned for, knowing we had already taken care of tipping the bartenders. Her thoughtful actions ensured everything flowed smoothly, keeping our families and guests at the forefront of her mind. Another was when we surprised our bridal party with a dance floor champagne toast — a detail we forgot to tell her about, but she stepped in and magically made multiple bottles of champagne appear at a moments notice. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and her team executed a master plan that was detailed and perfectly timed. Every aspect of the day went off without a hitch. Their meticulous attention to detail was beyond anything we could have imagined. If there were any issues, we never knew about them, which is a testament to their flawless coordination. We cannot thank Lauren and the Elle & Co. team enough. They helped us created a magical experience that will forever be etched in our hearts. Our guests were equally impressed, with many commenting on the seamless and well-thought-out details of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Lauren and the Elle & Co. team to anyone seeking a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make their special day extraordinary. What a wedding we had! The feedback and remarks from friends and family after the event was overwhelming...this was a party that everyone who attended loved and commented on....it was everything my daughter had hoped for and more... it far exceeded our expectations, and it was all because we had the good fortune to work with Jillian from Elle Ellinghaus & Co. Jillian was with us every step of the way with her knowledge, her support, her creativity, her knowledge and her expertise. She answered every question, addressed every concern, was always available for us no matter the time of day, and she made sure that this wedding was exactly what we wanted and hoped for...and it was, plus so much more!! I cannot emphasize enough, or praise enough, how wonderful it is to work with Jillian. We will never be able to thank her enough for the day she helped us create...it was the most joyful day of our lives, and we have Jillian to thank for that! Lauren Madura is absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend her services without hesitation. Her talent for coordination and design is truly exceptional.
