I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia. She has now photographed all three weddings in our family and we couldn't imagine those weekends without her! She is exactly the person you want with you; she is kind, compassionate, and able to calmly jump into whatever role is needed to make sure your day is flawless. And of course, her photos are absolutely stunning!! She perfectly captured the beauty, energy, and joy of our wedding - both in formal shots and the sweetest of candids. They are pictures we will treasure always. If you are at all considering hiring Julia - do it!!

Julia was the most amazing wedding photographer! She came highly recommended and blew us away with her talent and love for capturing moments big and small on our wedding day. From the moment we met her at our engagement shoot, we felt comfortable and were able to trust her process. Julia functioned as an extension of our wedding planner team on our wedding day, keeping everyone in our wedding party and families organized, on track, and in high spirits all while capturing each moment on camera. She ensured flawless transitions from one event to the next, which helped make the flow of our wedding day feel natural and seamless. We could not be more in love with every single photo she took and know we will cherish these memories for our lifetime. We were so lucky to have her as our photographer and highly recommend her to all future brides.

I cannot begin to recommend Julia enough. From the second we met, she was a breath of fresh air. The energy she brought to the day was calming and caring - even my father commented on it multiple times. She is everything you need in a wedding photographer. Creative, attentive (to both you and the details), prompt, compassionate, calm (yet stern). Our day was captured beautifully and Julia was a friend by the end of it. Her gallery speaks for itself for her skill, but the fact that my mother has already hired her for my sisters wedding (my sister who doesn't even have a boyfriend - let alone a wedding to plan) speaks for the kind of person she is.

Julia Wade is hands down the best photographer is the business. The day I got engaged, she was the first person on our call list. We love her so much that we didn’t choose a wedding date until we knew her availability— seriously!

Julia’s calming presence was exactly what I needed the weekend of our wedding. She made my husband and me feel comfortable in front of the camera and the results are exquisite.
