My friend had sent me the Hudson Grey Weddings Instagram page and I saw exactly what I needed to see. We all had our first conversation with my dad (intimidating guy) on the phone, and when I tell you she won my dad over in less than 5 minutes..... I was shocked and knew she was the one I wanted to plan this with. She is fantastic with logistics, timelines, PARENTS, and budgets. She is also realistic and is not going to lead you in the wrong direction with ANYTHING. From venue price negotiation to spray tan armpit emergency, she never missed a beat. She takes the stress out of wedding planning so you can enjoy the fun parts of the process. I had an idea I shared with Anna for my wedding favors that had never been done before and was probably not in budget or feasible. A day later, Anna had found a vendor with a feasible budget. She is a wedding planner superwoman? She is so impressive. Not to mention the actual day. I didn't have a single hiccup my whole wedding day.... It is a day that wouldn't have been nearly as beautiful and as seamless without Anna and her vendors. The vendors she recommended were all incredible. Anna quite literally took every vibe, idea, and inspo I had in my head and turned it into a real life wedding. Not only was the design everything and more but the day ran without one flaw. She gave the best professional guidance and vendor recommendations so we didn’t have to spend time doing research ourselves. On a personal level we just absolutely loved working with her. She has the best energy and made the whole experience easy, stress free, and fun. Something really important to consider when hiring a planner is if that planner is a single person and source for your entire planning process, design, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site for wedding day. Anna was always the point of contact for my vendors, she knows all of the design details, timeline, etc. There was just no room for miscommunication or error because she owns every from begin to end. We had friends and family come up to us complimenting our planners timing and execution on the not only the design, but the prompt ceremony start time, all the way to our first dance happening as the sun was setting. It was just perfect. Your wedding will be one of the most important days of your life. Don't trust it with just anyone. Trust it with Anna!!

Where do I even start with Anna? I live in Colorado, but when my husband & I decided that we wanted to get married in Scottsdale, AZ I knew I would need some help planning a wedding in a different state that I wasn't super familiar with. I ended up doing a lot of research & came across Anna on Instagram. I knew right away that our style matched up & she checked off every box on my list! Little did I know this would be the best decision I ever made... I took a leap and booked HGW as my planner. She helped me literally every step of the way, from the very beginning to the very end. She recommended venues, vendors, music, places to stay and eat when we came to visit & even cared enough to ask for pictures when I chose my dress(es)! You can really tell she has so much experience and knowledge that she doesn't miss a single thing! I am super organized and good at planning but Anna made the whole wedding planning process seamless & stress-free. Never once did I feel like I forgot something or wasn't prepared. We would have monthly meetings/ check-ins to make sure we stayed on track & I really felt like we got to know one another & become friends. She got to understand my aesthetic & vision on such a deep level that I trusted her completely & knew I would love anything she would recommend. On the day of my wedding she quite literally kept the wedding setup & production flowing perfectly. When I let the nerves get the best of me and needed a few minutes just to slow down and have some water and a snack- she had already planned for enough time to allow that! It seriously made me feel like she had thought of everything. Even later that night when I tripped on stage during the bouquet toss & could have had a nasty fall- she came out of nowhere & caught me (picture included lol)! She made sure every plate, napkin & menu were in perfect position & helped me change into each dress & even helped with bustling them. The hardest part of everything is once your wedding is over, it's sad not talking to her so regularly! I can honestly say my wedding would not have been a fraction of what it was without her. From the moment I met Anna she was personable, professional and kind. Her & her husband make the best team & I could never recommend her enough! So don't screw this one up... I promise, this will be the best decision you ever make!
