My fiancée and I had Kelly take out engagement photos. She was excellent. Kelly is wonderfully adept at using natural light and got some wonderful pictures of us. My fiancée had specific photos in mind and Kelly delivered on those expectations. She was also great at putting us in poses and scenes that she knew would look good.
Her demeanor was wonderful during the shoot too. She was very professional but warm enough that we felt at ease (especially important for us because we are not photogenic). We were also delighted by the quick turnaround. We had our disc of photos within a week (I think it was sooner). All around an excellent experience with Kelly. I highly recommend her.

When it is your wedding day you want a photographer with the qualities Kelly possesses:

- organized...able to get all the relatives together so photos move along :)
- easy laugh and GREAT sense of humor
- impeccable timing with shots
- sparkling personality
- AND incredible talent!
Need I say more? We hired both Kelly and Erin as the second photographer. Erin is also very talented and she was able to take some shots of the Ojai mountains (we got married at the Red Tail Ranch) with another lens--very well executed plan.
We also splurged and asked Kelly to create a book of our wedding, which we adore--we just knew it would take us a year to find time to do it on our own, and it was fun to get it back in time to show family and friends over the holidays.
We could not be happier with the photos Kelly took.

Kelly was the photographer for my brother's wedding, and you can see for yourself how awesome and efficient at capturing the mood - romantic, subtle, intimate, artistic, you name it. And she even printed a bound book of the wedding photos for them too.
I've also gotten to see the reception photos on Facebook and I'm ecstatic! There's so much energy in the dancing, and she caught the perfect freeze frame for so many great moments! I'm going to use her for my wedding - and I am getting married in Ohio. Trust me, she's worth flying across the country for our wedding!
