My wife and I purchased a photo and video package with Tyler for our wedding in April 2024. The package included an engagement shoot. Tyler was recommended to us by another queer couple who had gotten married the year prior. When we met Tyler and his wife for the engagement shoot, we were so relieved about how easy it was to work with them. They put us at ease and made us feel excited about the whole experience, despite the fact that we typically don't love getting our pictures taken. On the day of the wedding, Tyler, Katie and their assistant were organized, on time, seamless and super sweet throughout. They perfectly matched the low key vibe and relaxed energy we were going for. We are very grateful for their help capturing this special time in our lives.
THE VERY BEST. Take my word for it. Tyler did our engagement shoot and for our wedding, we had the privilege of having his wife, Katie join him. Together, they create some really incredible work. I want to showcase these photos all over my house. Beautiful work and great people to work with.
I really liked everything Tyler did for our wedding. He arrived a couple of days early and scouted out beautiful places to take pics. He actually drove us around to 3 different locations and did our pictures in these great locales. He captured the essence of our wedding just like I wanted. The only thing I will say is that if you want a lot of posed type pictures, Tyler's style is more photojournalistic. Which I love!
I had the pleasure of working with Katie and her assistant for our big day. She was not only super easy to communicate with before the wedding, but I was so grateful with her flexibility and fun spirit the day of. Katie was super professional and it was all worth it once I saw our photos. We fell in love with every single one. We were looking for a photographer to capture more lifestyle shots rather than posing/still shots. She did just that and more. We are forever grateful and you will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not hire this girl.
I cannot say enough about this incredible husband and wife team! Our wedding photos are AMAZING!!! We couldn't be happier. They have such an amazing eye and vision I couldn't believe how cool and gorgeous the pictures were. They are worth every penny. These photos help to lock in the memories of our beautiful wedding day for our lifetime. They are so sweet on top of their talent! Highly highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again for future events. Love love love!
We adored Tyler and Katie! They are pricey (packages start at 3,000) but oh, so worth it! Remember that in wedding photography, you get what you pay for and I was happy to pay to ensure we would get the best pictures. We selected the all-day coverage, 2 cameras, which included an engagement shoot and both shoots include discs of images. Great people, great photos! Thanks, Tyler and Katie!
Tyler Branch was not only a genius in capturing our special day and the true emotion that was felt and expressed throughout our wedding and reception, but on a personal level he is an absolute joy to work with. We never felt like we had a photographer "in our faces"; in fact, we felt so comfortable around him that we felt like he was another friend or family member at our wedding who happened to be taking incredible photos. There is so much value in the package prices as well- we really felt that every penny was worth it in order to have our wedding day captured in its natural light. Tyler's talent for photojournalistic style photography including his eye for lighting, use of lenses, and candid shot identification has allowed us to relive our wedding moment by moment through the photos and feel the same emotion we felt on the day itself.
