Look no further - the team at Lauren Lousie Collective is the absolute best. From our very first call with Lauren we knew she was absolutely who we had to work with for our engagement and wedding photos. Lauren is extremely organized (we were sold after she sent us the MOST informative and helpful decks following our very first call), professional, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes for the best shots and bringing your individual couple story to life.
Lauren was so down as we drove around NYC during rush hour for our engagement session quite literally chasing the sunset but really knocked it out of the park when my husband and I had to replan our beach wedding in three days to take place in a bar (thank you hurricane Ian!). She truly rolled with the punches, got the most amazing photos, kept everyone calm, happy and laughing. She is also a pro at giving helpful direction for those of us (me) who tend be nervous getting photographed. During bridal portraits Lauren’s phone literally got ran over by a car and she didn’t bat an eye (epitome of calm, cool, collected)!! Wedding guests continue to rave about her and her team and they haven't even all seen her fantastic photos yet, she just crushed it. This day would not have been as perfect without Lauren and we cannot thank her enough for giving us memories for a lifetime.

Where can I even begin? The Lauren Louise Collective team is an absolute dream. My husband and I hired Lauren for our engagement and wedding photos and Elizabeth for wedding coordination. Due to COVID, we were forced to postpone and totally reimagine our day. The changes and uncertainly was definitely anxiety inducing, but I always felt like Lauren and Elizabeth brought the optimism and support to keep me motivated. Their kindness, compassion, and energy is really only the start. They are both consummate professionals who are extremely communicative and know the ins and outs of the DMV wedding industry. Lauren has a true gift for making even the most nervous feel at ease in front of the camera and her photographs, particularly candids, capture true emotion. Elizabeth is the perfect combination of take charge and calm. After so much chaos surrounding our replanning, once she stepped in it was the first time I felt like I could start to enjoy the moments.

We contracted Lauren Louise Collective for full service wedding planning as well as photography for our wedding day. I don’t know that I will be able to find the words to express just how highly I recommend LLC for both wedding planning and photography services, but I’ll try: Lauren, Elizabeth, and the rest of the LLC team made our wedding planning process fun, and alleviated an enormous amount of stress. When COVID-19 hit, Lauren and Elizabeth helped us manage the process of rescheduling, contacting vendors, etc. They made difficult, emotional decisions much easier through their thorough and efficient communications and guidance. I don’t know what we would have done without them; their professionalism and grace under pressure is something I’ll always be grateful for. And, for photography, Lauren is an absolute magician. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and made us feel so at ease. I cannot recommend their services highly enough for anyone planning a wedding or photos. Lauren came highly recommended to us from friends and surpassed every expectation. We wanted a photographer who would capture the emotions and intimacy of our day, not create moments that didn't feel genuine to us. She nailed it. We met with her and the LLC team early in the process and decided to go full service with Elizabeth as our planner. BEST DECISION EVER. As a busy, working couple, we had a vision for our wedding but no idea how to execute that vision or time to deal with details. From the first day we met, Elizabeth listened to our vision and fine tuned it to exactly what we didn't even know we wanted. Her contacts in the business made hiring vendors a breeze. Then COVID happened and everything changed. With two date changes, a guest list overhaul, and a location change, we had no clue how it would all end up. It was better than we ever imagined. The attention to detail was impeccable. Elizabeth surprised us with personal touches that made us feel like we were working with family. Even our guests commented on how impressed they were with the planning team, who made the day seamless without ever getting in the way. We can't recommend this team highly enough. We love them and are so grateful that they made our day as perfect as it was.
Lauren was AMAZING. She responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and worked with me to find the right package for the day of. Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic can be stressful but Lauren did not add to it if anything she took the stress down. Day of she showed up on time, locked and loaded, ready to capture what we planned to capture but also flexible to new ideas. If you are a bride or groom who is shy in front of the camera no worries! Lauren will make sure you are posed and guided into the most beautiful photos. 10/10 would recommend.
