Amy was amazing! We connected over our first phone call and I truly felt she wanted us to have an amazing wedding and it wasn't just another one on the list for her. Being someone who didn't really want to do much on my own, Amy was the best person to have in my corner. She referred me to the best photographers, florists, bands, etc! Everyone was AMAZING. She also knew exactly who to reach out to as far as vendors go - I had no clue about anything. She suggested things to me that I would have never thought of but ended up making such a huge difference - she went out of her way to meet us for appointments and make sure everything was squared away. Amy was always available for a quick check-in and could answer any of my questions. Day of - thank GOODNESS! I did not have one worry about anything for the weekend or day of. Amy put together a comprehensive timeline and made sure everything was executed. Both the rehearsal dinner and wedding were somewhat of a surprise for me in terms of what it all was going to look like and Amy exceeded my expectations! I couldn't recommend amy enough!! she's a seasoned professional when it comes to wedding planning.
I knew when my daughter,Meg got engaged I knew we would need a wedding planner. The wedding was in Austin but I live in North Carolina so I knew we needed help!! Amy was a lifesaver! I told Meg there would probably be a few glitches along the way but we really didn’t have any. And I give credit to Amy for that! She was great. There were so many tiny details that she took care of that I didn’t have to worry about it. I appreciate all her time and effort. It was a perfect wedding weekend and I give all the credit to Amy!!
We loved working with Amy at H&P for our intimate wedding. We had a very small guest list (10 guests) after postponing our ceremony abroad twice due to Covid. When we decided to bring our wedding back to the states, we wanted to bring as many “Italian” details as possible into our newly relocated wedding. Amy was fantastic in every aspect of the process, even securing the seemingly impossible Millefoglie wedding cake from an authentic Italian baker. She was there for us in every step of the process and made life so much easier. We both run businesses full time and had very little time to devote to planning our wedding. Amy took our vision and ran with it, and our ceremony was perfect. Would highly recommend her expertise and connections to any couple seeking an Austin TX wedding planner.
Amy was incredible in planning our wedding. she had excellent venue recommendations, and made sure our entire day ran smooth as silk. she's incredibly organized, has an eye for detail and design that Martha Stewart would envy, and is an excellent communicator. I might add she's an incredible friend. We love you Amy!
Amy is more than a planner; she is a terrific friend, advocate and SO HELPFUL when planning such an important day. Cheerful, professional, so patient and tireless. She coordinated and executed my daughter's wedding at Springdale Station flawlessly.
