My wife and I are so thankful that we chose Good Musicians for our wedding reception. Philip and his team were one of the biggest highlights of our night, from their vocals to showmanship, everything about their performance was world class and made for a truly memorable evening for us and our guests.
In addition to not only being incredible performers, they were also wonderful and easy to work with as we were in the process of planning our wedding. They laid out everything they would need in terms of setup and seamlessly integrated into conversations with our wedding planner and venue when it was time to talk about details. Additionally, they allow you to curate your wedding playlist on Spotify, so you and your partner can add songs to the list as you start thinking through the musical themes of the evening – and with so many talented performers at Good Musicians, that can become a very extensive list.
Finally, Philip, the band members and the entire Good Musicians team really did care about making this an amazing experience for us and our guests. There were constant check ins with us, ensuring we had what we needed, thoughtful questions asked throughout the planning process making sure everything was to our specifications and an overall willingness to work with us on all of our requests.
Throughout the night and next day, we had so many guests comment about how amazing the band was and how much fun they had dancing all night to the litany of songs that were played. Philip and Good Musicians were truly incredible for our wedding! They provided the string duo for our ceremony, the guitarist during cocktail hour, and a 7 piece band including a male and female singer. Our guests even commented how good the guitarist was during cocktail hour! They played a wide variety of music including Spanish music, classics, country, alternative, pop etc., and nailed every song! They also did the Hora for us as well. The singers (male singer-Philip is the band manager) and the female singer sounded amazing live! The band and the DJ during the band breaks kept the energy alive all night. Philip was super responsive, even up until the day before the wedding when we made a few minor changes to song choices. We are so grateful we could have them for our wedding. For reference, we got married at The Addison in Boca Raton Florida in September 2024 in the main dining room.

I highly recommend this band for your wedding! They were amazing. We asked for a wide range of songs and they were able to perform what genres we wanted. With a crowd of 60, they were able to keep everyone dancing. They were even out on the dance floor with us! We got so many compliments about how talented this team was and I’m so glad we chose them.

Highlight of our Wedding!
We hired Good Musicians for our destination Key Largo wedding. We had the RAVE hybrid band along with Philip on acoustic guitar for ceremony. They were genuinely the highlight of our wedding! So many of our guests said that it was the most fun they've had at a wedding. They are still talking about how great our band was!
The talent and energy that they brought was amazing. They had everyone of all ages out on the dance floor all night, including family members we had never seen dance before. We did not even need to go around to all the tables because we saw everyone out on the dance floor. I remember feeling like I was dancing with my friends and family all at the same time. The energy was so high, and everyone was just having a good time dancing together. Philip and his team were easy to work with and so flexible compared to other DJ/bands we considered. They listened to our requests and we felt comfortable to trust them with the rest. They understood our vision and exceeded our expectations. I keep saying I wish we could throw another party just to have them perform again!

Hands down the best band (music, experience, people) EVER! So many of our guests asked for Phil's info after the event - looks like he will be playing a few more weddings and charity events in my future, and I couldn't be more excited!

Fun, Creative, and Hype Wedding Band!
Good Musicians was the perfect choice for our wedding! We went their fusion concept which featured a DJ, a drummer, a guitar player, a saxophonist and a singer. It was the perfect blend, mixing the vibe of live music with the ability to play virtually any song. They were professional, responsive, open to playing all types of music, and, most importantly, brought the party and had everyone out on the dance floor! Philip was there for us every step of the way and even had an idea that ended up being a hit - he recommended having the sax player move among our guests during cocktail hour and people LOVED it. It set the mood immediately after the ceremony. Highly recommend them.

When we first started planning, my fiancé wanted live music and I was interested in finding a DJ. The solution: let’s do both! RAVE from Good Musicians was everything we could’ve wanted and more! They were so thorough with the song selection and ensuring that there was a good mix of genres that met our taste and variety for our guests. The dance floor was filled all night and they brought the energy and fun! We danced so hard we didn’t want the night to end. Our guests could not stop raving about how great the band sounded! Philip and Good Musicians slayed it! Super talented, excellent communication and guidance throughout planning process, and shared playlists allowed us to create custom sets for each event. Philip on guitar and vocals was perfect. Humberto Casanova on sax was incredible. Loved Dj Manny for our reception and everyone raved about the Amazing Melissa Lavin on vocals.
Philip was so friendly and communicative and brought an awesome energy to our wedding! He sang during our cocktail hour as well and all of our guests really enjoyed his music!
