Many couples might not think they need a wedding planner, however hiring Clover was perhaps some of the best money spent. Caitlin and Kellie are on top of their game with all the details of the wedding that you may not even think of. They make the whole process so much easier by providing vendor suggestions, arranging meetings and being available via email when you have even the simplest of questions. The day of, Caitlin, Kellie and Jess were absolute rock stars. They handled all of the contact with vendors to ensure the day ran without a hitch and their design and décor completely transformed the venue into a wedding you can only dream about. We ran into a situation with our transportation and the girls were on it immediately, coordinating with the company and communicating with us in order to make suggestions with how to make up for lost time. Throughout the night they catered to our every need and at the end of the night gathered all of our things so we had nothing to worry about. I cannot imagine the day without them and would recommend that you not just get a planner for your day but specifically use Clover, you won’t regret it!

I choose to work with the Clover gals after seeing Caitlin's type A organization at work.  I didn't want to sweat the details, and I knew that Caitlin would have it all handled.

What I didn't expect was how Caitlin would add so many special, personal touches to our day.  We had a pretty low key wedding, but Caitlin made suggestions for the ceremony and design that made the day so much more special.  From a rich color palette to beautiful table linens, Caitlin made choices that felt like me, but were somehow so much better than what I would have put together.

Where to I begin? Our experience with Jesse from Clover Event Co. was off the charts! Jesse was always available, the communication was incredible, and no questions or tasks were too small or too large. She was on top of everything! She even drove out of her way to pick up two baskets that we needed to have for florals that wouldn't be shipped in time.  She personally cares about every detail of your big day. We would not have managed to pivot from a Tuscany destination wedding to a backyard micro-wedding without her help. The team at Clover is amazing at what they do, I highly HIGHLY recommend using them for any event. Jesse even took care of doing the personalized place cards, menus and stationary herself and it was stunning.

We were one of the couples that got married at the Equal Dignity Pop Up Nuptials put together by Clover Event Co.. The event was beautiful, stress free and well organized. Everyone was so professional and my now husband and I were able to relax, take it all in, and enjoy our wedding day! It couldn't have been more perfect. They really go above and beyond to set every moment and keep everything on track. Highly recommend!

Choosing Clover was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Our original wedding date was supposed to be in June 2020, and while we were heartbroken to have to postpone it due to Covid, we felt so lucky that we had Caitlin as our planner because she took care of everything for us. We had been working with Caitlin as our lead planner since we got engaged in 2018, and we were so impressed with how knowledgeable, organized, and proactive she is. When we postponed our wedding, we ended up switching lead planners for scheduling reasons, which is how we got the lucky privilege of working with another Clover all-star, Jesse. There are not enough good things we can say about Jesse. She is extremely creative and talented, is a truly great listener, and brings an invaluable calming, confident presence to the wedding planning process and the big day itself. In the months leading up to our new wedding date, we throughly enjoyed our Zoom meetings with Jesse planning all the fun final details of the wedding. She kept us reassured that we would have the wedding of our dreams despite whatever challenges the world and the pandemic may throw at us. And she was right, our wedding was the best day of our lives and the credit has to go to the phenomenal team at Clover. Caitlin and Jesse are both amazing planners and even better people, and if you choose Clover for your wedding I have a strong feeling you too will say it’s the single best decision that you made.
