Minh was such a pleasure to have on our wedding day. Both Minh and her second photographer did an amazing job. My family and guest are obsessed with our photos. From our first phone call and leading up to the big day she was a breath of fresh air. Throughout our entire experience she walked us through each step making sure we were prepared and ready for our big day. My husband and I are beyond blessed to have had Minh shoot our wedding and capture many beautiful memories. If you are looking for the best wedding photographer I'd use her, she's worth every single cent! Her photos are stunning and she captures the beauty and happiness of that entire day. Minh also did my Boudoir shoot and it was a blast. She made me feel comfortable and captured photos that my husband and myself will treasure. I will be using Minh to capture more beautiful milestones in the future.

I am so grateful that we had Minh as our wedding photographer- She is truly the BEST!!  She is extremely talented, pays attention to every detail and captures the emotions from the day perfectly. She has a calming presence that we greatly appreciated on our wedding day. Minh was awesome to work with from our first call with her. We had to reschedule our date because of Covid and Minh was very understanding, told us to text her with available dates from the venue so she can get back to us right away.  She is professional, kind and so easy to work with. We LOVE our photos. Cannot recommend Minh enough!

Working with Minh and her team was the BEST DECISION I made during the wedding planning process. Her talent goes beyond the average wedding photographer by not only having an outstanding expertise in the industry, but offering endless information, assisting with picking other vendors, catering to our vision/style and inspiring it, guiding us through the wedding day and being by my side the entire day reassuring that all is going great! Minh stood out from every other vendor from our initial call simply because she showed genuine curiosity in our relationship and wedding – I’ve learned that truly matters in this process! It’s evident this is her passion by how committed she was to me and my husband from day 1, through the engagement shoot, and on. She brought inspiration to our shoots, suggested locations, and helped us pose and recreate the style of photos we wanted. The feedback received from family/friends over our photos was overwhelming!!! Not to mention, our ENTIRE wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how great she was! In addition to her magical eye for photography, Minh is so beyond patient, VERY communicative and calm. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect photography partner for my wedding, and I look forward to using her talents in the future!

Before we met Minh, trying to book a photographer for our wedding was the most stressful part of the vendor booking process.  Aside from her glaring talent (evident from her social media and gallery), Minh stood out to us because of her ability to communicate, guide us, and make us feel at ease.  Soft skills are often overlooked as a talent but this is not to be overlooked with Minh!  Her ability to understand and guide people combined with her incredible talent and artistry make her an obvious choice.  Just going to drop some more reasons why we love Minh below!

1. She is calm and collected! At our first call, she was calm (but also clearly excited for us), collected, and organized.  I didn't really know what I wanted but she was able to listen to my incoherent babbling, guide me by asking pointed questions and gentle suggestions, and allowed me to understand better what I might want for the wedding.

2. She is EXPERIENCED.  Because of her experience, she was able to get all the shots done in the allotted amount of time and also provided recommendations on how to map out the timeline better.  She had a really good understanding of how she would have to work with/around other vendor schedules to get things done.  I never worried once because I knew she was on board.

She also has a lot of in depth knowledge of shooting locations, lighting, etc.  She was able to suggest some beautiful shooting locations for us based on our vibe/vision.

Lastly, because of her experience, she was able to coax some really cool shots out of some really awkward people.  She has a really easy going and cool vibe about her that makes you feel OK about feeling awkward.  Then after a little bit, you realize you don't even feel awkward anymore.  She was able to gauge when we needed a break, when she could push us a little more out of our comfort zone, and when to just let us be.

Minh and her team were absolutely incredible. Our wedding and engagement photos are everything we imagined and more. The images are timeless, yet modern and editorial (they truly look straight from a magazine!). Minh was flexible and had a great eye as we pivoted some of our photography locations last minute. She was always prompt and available via email or text. We would recommend du soleil photographie to anyone looking to have the most beautiful work of their big day. We can't thank Minh and her team enough!

Where do I begin!? Rebecca was incredible from the start when she did our engagement shoot. She did a great job giving direction and guidance. Leading up to our wedding day, Du Soliel sent out multiple forms to help capture the essence of our day and keep the day of organized. On our wedding day, Rebecca was PHENOMENAL. She did an amazing job of capturing who we are as a couple and directing our group. We received a preview in less than a week and I can't wait to see the rest of the gallery. Much thanks, Rebecca!
