Woven and Revel were my wedding planners + day-of coordinators and they are absolutely AMAZING! I couldn’t recommend them more!!!!
Planning a wedding is a lot of work, but these girls made it so much easier by keeping up with my vendors, making professional recommendations, and making sure I was on top of what I needed to do too! They were always just a text/call away, no matter what. And, they have a fabulous sense of style!
The day of my wedding was so seamless! My husband, our families, and I didn’t have a worry in the world. We truly all got to enjoy our special day to the fullest thanks to Woven and Revel, and that is worth every penny, I promise. I received so many compliments from our guests at how wonderful they were.
Not only are they awesome wedding planners, but they were such sweet people to work with throughout the process. Their hearts are in their work, and that’s why I trusted them so much. I knew they would do anything in their power to make my wedding day perfect, because they cared.
Cait and Meg - you girls are seriously unlike any other! We are so blessed to have had you both on our team. Thank you for everything you did for us, and for treating our wedding like it was your own.

They have the best style & are so helpful with recommendations & making sure you get the look you want! They were so busy the day of my wedding & still brought us drinks & food! We love them so much. We definitely recommend them!!!
Words can't even describe how amazing both Meg & Cait are. Not only was my wedding day an absolute dream, the whole planning process was an absolute breeze thanks to these ladies! They turned every crazy idea and dream I had into a reality and truly became my besties during the whole planning process. You will NOT be disappointed in hiring W+R as your planners. Now I have to find more parties to throw to work with them again! Love them!
Hiring Woven + Revel was the best decision that we made in order to have the wedding of our dreams! Although I'm the type A, DIY kind of person, it was such a relief to have Cait and Meg handle all of the dirty work with vendor correspondence and weekend of facilitating. They have chic style, brilliant ideas, and easy-going personalities. We hired Woven + Revel for a Charleston wedding, while they are out of Orlando and they could not have done a better job at making us feel like they were located down just a minute down the street with their lightening speed responses. The design board, ever evolving timeline, and bridal party wedding weekend schedules were worth every penny in itself. After talking to Cait every week for 8 months, she felt like a friend, not a just a vendor, and we were confident that our day would be perfect-- and it was. I would most definitely recommend this team!!
Woven + Revel helped make my wedding day so special. Meg helped bring my vision to life from the design session up until the big day and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of the tips and ideas she gave us. It was truly a day to remember and I couldn’t have done it all without the help of the W+R team.
Words will never truly explain our love for Cait and Meg! After my now husband and I got engaged after 9 years we had no idea where to start with wedding planning. We are very particular however both work in healthcare so our schedules are super busy. We knew we needed wedding planners and in came Cait and Meg! We hired them for full wedding planning and it was the best decision we ever made. We spent over 2 years planning with them and every step was so enjoyable with them by our side. They truly helped make our dream multi-cultural wedding come to life. We had a destination wedding and they coordinated everything from start to finish. We had both a Sangeet night and a traditional wedding and both venue spaces we chose we needed to bring in everything from silverware, linens, chairs, tables, etc. (A daunting task for both my husband and I but Woven+ Revel made it extremely enjoyable to personalize and design our exact vision!)
They both have such an eye for designing and creating so we truly enjoyed seeing them bring new and exciting ideas to our vision boards and wedding week. Cait and Meg completely captured our vision and worked to coordinate countless vendors. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful however Cait and Meg took all that stress off my husband and I’s shoulders and made wedding planning a breeze. They were prompt with emails, had great communication, and truly cared about my husband and I and making our big week exactly what we pictured. They were super patient between me changing my mind a million times and bringing my husband and I peace of mind on stressful decisions. They took initiative and were extremely professional every step of the way.
We took numerous trips up to Charleston, SC with them of which they planned vendor meetings to make the most of our trips up. Our wedding week could not have been what it was without them both! Not only were Cait and Meg the best wedding planners that we could have asked for but now they have become some great friends of ours! I could go on and on about how wonderful they are but the minute you meet them both you will see how amazing they both are! No questions asked hire them! They fully embraced our culture and our guests could not stop raving about how fabulous our wedding was. We can’t wait to have them plan all our our future life events from baby showers to birthday parties, Woven + Revel will always be our event planners! We love y’all!

Meg & Cait at W+R are quite honestly the best of the best. I don' think words can explain how grateful we are for them & how they got us through the wedding planning process, as well as the big day. We hired them for the -7 months out from our wedding, through the day of & it was the best decision we made in the entire process. Neither of us are really "wedding" people & don't have the "eye" for how things should really come together, so they were able to be those people for us & they beyond exceeded at it.
Meg + Cait are so amazing at their job, but also caring people. They truly care about their clients & act like they are they are their close friends, which makes it so much more meaningful.
