The Era: Your Grand Entrance
The Era greets your guests first, with a grand threshold that opens onto gardens and distant fields. Traditional Catalan architecture offers a framework for exploring modern possibilities. Cocktail receptions, outdoor dinners and live performances under the stars are all ideal events for this space, which transforms beautifully for each of them.
The Green Garden: Where Nature Meets Architecture
Tall pines stretch skywards while immaculately groomed lawns extend below. The farmhouse façade rises behind you. This spot is a popular choice for couples to get married, and it's easy to see why. The combination of natural beauty and architectural elegance is truly breathtaking.

The Red Garden: Drama in Terracotta
The garden's name is an accurate reflection of its nature. The unique terracotta sand gives rise to a distinctive landscape that is truly one of a kind. A symmetrical design is showcased, with ancient holm oaks and cypress trees standing guard. An original spiral staircase winds up one side, while an elegant 20th-century staircase balances the other.
This space was chosen by Bárbara and Cristian for their candlelit dinner. As they put it: "An oasis of peace in the middle of the city. The tall cypress trees and red sand created an incredible and unusual atmosphere. That touch of distinction and originality we were looking for."
The Centenary Garden: Timeless Serenity
Next to the linden tree is a versatile space surrounded by centuries-old trees. With its serene atmosphere and unspoilt natural surroundings, it is the perfect venue for civil ceremonies, cocktails or small outdoor gatherings, where every detail exudes harmony and authenticity.
The Forest: Nature's Amphitheater
An idyllic spot nestled between the roundabout and the estate's enchanting tunnel provides a picturesque setting enveloped by nature. Its natural amphitheatre shape ensures that every guest has an unobstructed view. The landscape is the drama here, making it perfect for outdoor ceremonies where it becomes part of your vows.
The Roundabout: Victorian Charm
This restored gazebo once served as the family's summer tea spot. Intimate ceremonies and photographs are the reason couples are choosing it now. There's something about the combination of its Victorian charm and the wild Catalan landscape that instantly captures hearts.
"From the moment I first saw Masia Egara, I knew it was our place. The red-clay garden pulled me in immediately, steeped in old-world charm yet with a clear, confident character rooted in classic Catalan heritage." — Natasha & Jameel
The Chapel: History You Can Touch
The chapel's interior houses a 16th-century altarpiece. The art on the inside is more than just for show—it's a way of protecting and preserving the Catalan spiritual heritage. Some couples choose to hold their wedding ceremony here. Others simply want their guests to experience it, and that's fine. In any case, it provides something that is becoming increasingly uncommon: genuine historical ambience that hasn't been manufactured or recreated.
Indoor Elegance Meets Outdoor Freedom
The farmhouse itself has three interconnected halls inside it, which offer intimate alternatives. The Reception Room is decorated in the original style and has a fireplace that is still in working order, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The Main Dining Room is centred around an imperial table where the family has gathered for generations. The Fireplace Dining Room, the most intimate of the three, provides guests with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
The former wine cellar, now simply called The Store, deserves special mention. Those 16th-century Flemish tapestries aren't reproductions, but original works of art. Large windows let in plenty of garden light, which bathe the stone floors in a beautiful glow. People love it for dinner receptions.
For larger celebrations, the Linden Tree space opens onto the Centenary Garden. You can enjoy the best of both worlds here, as you can host your full guest list while still feeling connected to nature. Views stretch across the estate's most emblematic gardens, making it a truly picturesque location.

More Than Just a Venue
Film productions, fashion shoots and corporate events are hosted by Masía Egara between ceremonies. This is important for your wedding because it means they know how to handle complicated logistical issues. Camera crews, lighting setups, tight schedules—they handle it all with ease. Your nuptials are entitled to the same level of professional execution.
The infrastructure supports this as well. Parking is available for your guests. Access roads are used to handle catering trucks and equipment. Power and facilities work reliably because they have to for professional productions.
Planning Your Celebration
Some couples fully embrace the Catalan way of life, enjoying the local cuisine, regional wines and traditional music. Others, however, bring their own cultural traditions into dialogue with the setting. Natasha and Jameel shared: "Every decision we made, from the tapas served during cocktail hour to the live music and the smallest details of the decor, was shaped by that respect and a desire to honor the spirit of Catalonia."
This venue is perfect for couples looking for something beyond the conventional wedding space. History, nature and versatility are all here. Most of all, you'll find a venue that understands that you're not just planning an event, but creating a memory that deserves a fitting setting.
