Megan is one of the most invested and creative wedding planners I have had the joy of knowing! As a floral designer in the industry, I am always in awe of her vision for her clients. She is timely, professional, and personal. Hire Megan and you will have the most gorgeous wedding while being genuinely cared for by her and her team!
Having Maria to coordinate our two day wedding was one of the best decisions we could’ve made! Even though this was Maria’s first Ismaili Muslim wedding to coordinate, she and her team were great! It’s not uncommon for large Muslim weddings to run behind schedule, but Maria and her team made sure that not only were we on time, we were almost always running 10-15 minutes ahead of schedule! Maria was always available for us, regardless of whatever she had going on! She would respond to texts promptly and communicate with vendors on our behalf. I truly believe that without Maria and her team, our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did. She is wonderful, kind, patient, and was so delightful to work with!
In the beginning wedding planning stages, I knew that I wanted to reach out to a planner to help me. Luckily, we knew just who that would be! We had the pleasure of working alongside Megan with Vida Events, and I truly cannot sing enough praises to her. Her professionalism, communication, organization, and so on, were unmatched. Any questions I had, she had the answer for me and if she didn’t, she would find it for me. She wasn’t “just a wedding planner” either. She was there for me every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed to have the most beautiful wedding imaginable!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further!! Vida Events will wow you in every possible way!! I truly cannot thank Megan and her team enough for all that she did for us!!
Absolutely AMAZING!! Trust me, you need a Day-of-Wedding Coordinator!! My wedding planner, Cydney, was an amazing planner! My contract started one month before my wedding, and she gave me a lot of advice so I did my wedding so much better than I thought and expected. On the day of the wedding, you really don't have any time to think about the timeline. However, Cydney was perfect at controlling everything, so I was really comfortable and I was focused on other things. I was really worried about my wedding day, however it will be amazing and smooth if you have her!! Highly recommend!
The Vida Events team was so wonderful to work with from the beginning! When I had initially booked them, I thought Megan would be the person I would be working with for my wedding given all the amazing reviews I saw. However after some follow ups and clarification, she informed me that I would be working with another member of her team that does month-of coordination/wedding planning. Megan connected me with Kylie on her team and assured me that she would do a phenomenal job, and she was totally right! Kylie's bubbly personality with a hint of assertiveness, flexibility, responsiveness, consistent communication and recommendations leading up to my wedding and day of truly made my wedding day perfect! I'm a pretty organized and OCD person, so I was on top of a lot of things but Kylie's industry experience and knowledge was super helpful in keeping me check on the small things or things that I wouldn't think of. She was truly a big and even main contributor to making sure everything ran smoothly and to be honest perfectly the day of with all the coordination across multiple vendors - I didn't see one even hiccup or issue! I highly recommend booking Vida Events and Kylie for your wedding planning/coordination! Thank you again to the Vida Events team for being a part of our wedding experience, couldn't have done it without y'all!
Megan with Vida Events was the absolute best of the best. We couldn't have asked for a better planner for our wedding day and the months leading up to it. She was there at all hours for advice, vendor communication and recommendations, and just general support. The wedding day flowed perfectly due to her scheduling, professionalism, and attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend Vida Events and would choose them over and over and over again!
Cydney from Vida Events was an absolute life saver with our wedding. Without her and the Vida Events team, our wedding would not have been as flawless as it was. Cydney was professional, timely, always quick to respond and made sure all of our requests were fulfilled. Cydeny provided a detailed timeline and asked all the right questions, even ones we weren't thinking about, to make sure our special day was exactly as we envisioned it. Most importantly, Cydney made us feel at ease and confident about a potentially stressful day. Having Vida Events at your wedding is a must!
Nancy is an amazing wedding coordinator. Throughout the entire process, Nancy was professional, flexible, and organized. She ensured the details came together beautifully on our wedding day. Nancy checked in with my husband and I on our wedding day and handled questions and unexpected issues with ease. We really appreciated Nancy’s relaxed personality and thoughtfulness. She genuinely connected with our guests and maintained a positive and friendly attitude. My family is still raving about how well Nancy made sure the events flowed smoothly on our wedding day. It was so fun to work with her and truly an experience we will never forget. Including Vida Events in your special day is one of the best decisions you can make as a couple!
My wife and I had a perfect, beautiful destination wedding thanks to our wedding planner, Megan, and her team at Vida Events. No detail was left behind thanks to the tireless work Megan was able to put in. My wife and I were left in awe during our Sangeet and Wedding day.
Our wedding was a multi-day Indian event being held at Atlantis, Bahamas. We hired Megan about 8 months before our wedding date after my wife discovered the Vida Events page on Instagram. From day one of planning, Megan took full responsibility of dealing with all our vendors (food, design/flowers, make up, mehndi, DJ, officiant, photographer, etc.). Megan was very accommodating in scheduling video calls with us to discuss our budget and exactly how we wanted the wedding to be designed. Dealing with vendors, especially during a destination wedding in a foreign country, can be difficult to say the least. Megan was our trustworthy and experienced planner who helped navigate us through all of that and ultimately delivered the most beautiful wedding my wife and I could have dreamed of. Hiring Megan took away 90% of the stress in dealing with our wedding and I am already recommending her to all our friends and family. Thank you again Megan at Vida Events and we hope to see you again at our next family wedding.

WOW! Where do I start? The moment I met Megan I knew she was the person that I had to have for my wedding. To know her is to love her! Megan is a professional who has years of wedding experience. She kept me organized and had great ideas throughout the whole wedding process. Anything I needed she was there to help!
