We are so happy with our decision to work with Vida Events! Cydney was our lead planner and we had the best experience. Cydney was extremely helpful, professional, talented and friendly. I felt very comfortable going to her with our many questions. The day of our wedding was stress-free and our vision was beautifully executed down to the smallest details. Highly recommend!
Where do I begin?! Words can hardly express how incredible our experience working with Kylie at Vida Events was! Planning a wedding for 250 people at a private estate is not for the faint of heart, but thank goodness we had Kylie. She helped us strategize each step of the process while listening to all of our needs and wants. She understood our vision to a tee and made it become reality in a way that was far better than we ever could have imagined. She helped us scheme and source every single detail, down to elements we never knew would have thought about but now looking back, absolutely needed. She is great navigating vendors, families and guests, ensuring everyones voices are heard but the vision of the event remains true.
The whole planning was a breeze - I was never once was stressed because I knew we were in such good hands. Trusting someone to execute such an important day takes a lot of blind faith and if I could work with Kylie again, I would do it 10x over. I will absolutely be hiring her to help plan my next event, that is once I come down from the high of the best wedding ever! I'm so grateful to have been able to work with her, and the Vida team!

We booked Megan for partial planning for our wedding on 6/24/23. She made the whole process leading up to the wedding so stress-free for us! On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing, Megan and her team were so professional and I cannot recommend them enough!
We used Megan with Vida Events to plan our wedding this past June and she did such an INCREDIBLE job. We could not have done it without her! She orchestrated the absolute PERFECT day and made sure that my husband and I didn’t have to deal with any of the stressful parts of wedding planning. The day itself was seamless and because of Megan, we were able to just relax and enjoy the day knowing that she had everything under control. We highly recommend Megan and Vida Events!!!!
Megan is absolutely AMAZING!! We hired her in April of 2022 and our wedding was set for June 2023 so we had plenty of time to plan. We live in San Diego and were planning our wedding in my hometown in Virginia, so we felt like a full service wedding planner was the way to go. Megan did all the leg work in finding vendors, meeting them at the venue for walk throughs and making sure everything was taken care of since I wasn’t able to be there. She was so responsive throughout the year when I would randomly send her ideas or questions. Somehow, she kept everything so organized and made sure we were on track. She listened to me and really took the time to understand what I was envisioning while offering ideas that made it even better than I could have imagined!
In March of 2023, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. We immediately decided to move the wedding to San Diego so that she could be there while going through chemo. I called Megan with the news and she didn’t even hesitate. She went into full gear with cancelling all of our Virginia vendors and started planning our new San Diego wedding with just two months to go. I still don’t know how we did it but I know that it wouldn’t have been possible without Megan!
My mother-in-law passed away in early April and I wasn’t able to assist Megan much in the way of wedding planning for that month. But she kept the ball rolling and kept me updated on everything.
Megan flew out to San Diego for our big day and ensured that the wedding was completely stress free for us. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger! She hadn’t even seen the property in real life (we rented an Airbnb and did a backyard wedding) but was able to make it absolutely perfect.
I can honestly say that out of everything we paid for to make our day perfect, hiring Megan was worth it more than anything else.

I do not even know where to start! I worked with Maria and the Vida Events team for the last six months leading up to my wedding and can say it was one of THE BEST decisions I made. Maria and her team were always on top of things and worked around my hectic schedule for meetings and site visits. She provided great support and vendor insight through the last couple of months, as I still had some outstanding vendors three months before my wedding. I wish I found her in the beginning so she could've been there during the whole process.
We had a multi-day wedding, and she and her team were amazing on both days. They kept us on a time check, checked in on us MULTIPLE TIMES, and cared for everything so our families, my husband, and I could enjoy both days without worrying. The best thing I did for myself and my family was hire Maria and her team. I can't recommend Maria and her team enough.

I used Vida Events as my wedding coordinator and they were fabulous! We chose the package of wedding day + 90 days prior. They made the last months of wedding planning such a breeze and stress free experience we really felt like we got to enjoy the last bit of our engagement. The weekend of our wedding they had everything in control and made the day run so smooth. Can't thank them enough!
Cydney from Vida Events was an absolute life saver with our wedding. Without her and the Vida Events team, our wedding would not have been as flawless as it was. Cydney was professional, timely, always quick to respond and made sure all of our requests were fulfilled. Cydeny provided a detailed timeline and asked all the right questions, even ones we weren't thinking about, to make sure our special day was exactly as we envisioned it. Most importantly, Cydney made us feel at ease and confident about a potentially stressful day. Having Vida Events at your wedding is a must!
Nancy is an amazing wedding coordinator. Throughout the entire process, Nancy was professional, flexible, and organized. She ensured the details came together beautifully on our wedding day. Nancy checked in with my husband and I on our wedding day and handled questions and unexpected issues with ease. We really appreciated Nancy’s relaxed personality and thoughtfulness. She genuinely connected with our guests and maintained a positive and friendly attitude. My family is still raving about how well Nancy made sure the events flowed smoothly on our wedding day. It was so fun to work with her and truly an experience we will never forget. Including Vida Events in your special day is one of the best decisions you can make as a couple!
Megan with Vida Events was the absolute best of the best. We couldn't have asked for a better planner for our wedding day and the months leading up to it. She was there at all hours for advice, vendor communication and recommendations, and just general support. The wedding day flowed perfectly due to her scheduling, professionalism, and attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend Vida Events and would choose them over and over and over again!
