Jesse is my middle name and even though the overwhelming majority of my family in New Orleans call me David-Jesse, I usually just go by David. Some friends call me Goldman. Unfortunately, David Goldman Photography was already taken, so back to my southern roots I go! I am a Husband and Father and love my family dearly. I also have a love and passion for photography, which I stumbled upon a few years ago while working for a non-profit. I never would have guessed that it would lead me to where it has today. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to capture moments of pure joy shooting weddings and elopements here in the beautiful state of New Mexico and around the world!

David is the ultimate wedding photographer! He is very talented and treats you more like a friend than a client! His storytelling approach to your big day is what you want in a photographer. When it comes to doing business he is very professional, timely, and efficient. Just take a look at his website and you’ll see why he is the best option for you!
On our wedding day, David and his crew were on time and immediately went to work curating the gallery of our dreams. He snapped photos that we requested throughout the day and kept us so on time that we were EARLY. Having that extra 20 minutes to hang out with our wedding party prior to walking down the aisle was so crucial in prepping for the ceremony. David stayed through the entirety of our ceremony and reception capturing photos of us and our guests that showed everyone's personality and how much fun they were having! Oh, and to top it all off - he got us our gallery of completely edited photos FOUR DAYS after our wedding! Truly incredible. Our guests loved going thru the gallery and are still posting photos from the day months later. I would absolutely hire David and his crew again and I recommend him for your wedding! 10/10!!

-He was so friendly and attentive fr om the start. I think his friendly and professional demeanor helped the photos come out well because we were made to feel comfortable and at ease for beginning to end.
-He was on top of keeping track of timeline during the wedding and worked with our day-of coordinator to make sure the day was moving along--and to make sure he didn't miss any important moments. He captured everything fr om us getting ready early in the morning to everyone dancing late into the night!
-He was SO committed to getting the best shots. As an example, David walked backwards through the Marcha line (picture a conga line wh ere we all hold hands to make a bridge) and got some awesome shots. Even some of our guests commented, "what a great photographer!"
-His whole process seemed to revolve around wanting to capture our full story from beginning to end. This meant that we never felt rushed to fit our day into a time lim it--instead he was on our time and ready to stick to our timeline. For how long he was around and how much he did, I found his pricing incredibly competitive.
-Lastly--you can't argue with the results! We loved the photos we got back (and he was pretty quick!)

David was so accommodating with the engagement shoots as he was able to get my awkward husband to have some fun with pictures all while keeping a constant playful banter with myself! Then he went above and beyond by following us down to Riviera Maya, Mexico December 26th-January 2nd for the wedding and all the other festivities they got to join in on with our closest friends and family.
