Omg where do I begin with Kelly & Jacky! They were literally my wedding superheroes!! Kelly was a pleasure to work with and made planning my wedding so effortless. I hired them as my DOC and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they make sure everyone was on schedule the entire day, they solved any issues that arose without me even knowing. We were short a bouquet and Kelly made sure the bouquet company brought another one. A groomsmen shoe broke before the ceremony and Jacky drove to Men’s Warehouse to replace them. A bridesmaid’s dress was too long, they hemmed it right there!! Jacky even blotted my makeup in the heat while we were taking pictures outside. I seriously can not thank them enough for making my wedding day unforgettable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone having a wedding. If you’re debating whether you need a day of coordinator or not, you need Kelly and her team!!

Hiring Kelly was THE best decision I made through my entire wedding planning process. I have to say I had really amazing vendors, but I know for a fact, my day would not have been as amazing if it were not for her and Chia! Kelly knows exactly what she is doing, every detail! I am someone who is very thorough and organized, yet Kelly saved me multiple times during this process. For example, I hired a great beauty salon, whom I loved, however their timeline for hair and makeup was off by a couple hours. I didn't even think about it, they said 10 am start to have my girls ready by 3 (I though ok wow that sounds like plenty of time). Kelly immediately said that's definitely not going to work! I did not account for getting ready in the room and taking bridal suite pics with my girls. She said if you want to be ready to leave by 3pm, hair and make up has to be done by 1:30! I was like oh wow! Thank god I have you double checking everything! If you are second guessing whether or not you need a planner, you do! At the very least a Day of Coordinator. I sent Kelly all of my vendors and their information. She reached out to every single one and confirmed contracts and times and everything. Every detail in my wedding such as place cards, signage, decorations etc. I gave to Kelly labeled the day before and she just took it and ran and did her thing! I did not have to worry about anything! My venue was great as well but I KNOW there are things Kelly did that my venue would not have caught. Would it have been the end of the world, probably not but literally not one single thing went wrong on my wedding day, nothing! I never even thought it would be possible. I was prepared for little things to go wrong of course, there's just SO much to keep track of, but it was perfect in every single way. Also, Kelly brought her assistant Chia the day of and she was amazing as well. Anything I needed, she was there and was so sweet! I am telling you, having her as my DOC was the smartest and best decision I made. Thank you Kelly, my wedding day was the best day of my life!!

I got married at The Legacy Castle and I Swear I couldn’t have done it without Kelly. Kelly is literally a God sent and she was my angel on my wedding day. I wish I could get married over and over just to have the privilege of working with Kelly. If I could do it all over I would have hired Kelly to be my planner not just day of coordinator. Kelly is literally the sweetest, kindest, most professional, knowledgeable woman. Kelly really took all the stress out of my day and allowed me to have the best night of my whole life. I could seriously write an essay on how much I adore Kelly and how highly I recommend her. I will for sure recommend her for the rest of my life to everyone I know that’s getting married.

I highly recommend Gifted Events! Kelly and her team are professional, detail oriented and made my the wedding day go seamless!  There are just so many things that need attention and  coordination on a wedding day, so I was so thankful to have Michelle and Chia there with me to help with anything I needed.I was a able to relax and be in the moment and that is PRICELESS. Kelly and Chia were simply an extension of our bridal party, venue staff, hair and makeup team, florist, photographer, and DJ on our wedding day. They had it all covered from top to bottom and never left our side. We were always comfortable, on time, camera ready and just overall well taken care of. They were extremely organized, regimented, and always professional. With all of the planning and prep we did leading up to our wedding, my wife and I still agree (2 months later) that we don’t know what we would have done without Kelly and Chia on the day-of. Leading up to our Kelly especially made herself available for calls with us and calls with vendors, multiple visits to the venue, and over text. This gave us the peace of mind that she was going to get the job done...and she certainly did. If we could do it all again (which we wish we could) we would hire Kelly, Chia, and Gifted Events without thinking twice.

If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator or event planner, do yourself a favor and hire Kelly and her team! I would of NOT been able to get through my wedding day without them. They were there for me at any moment i needed something or even before i knew i needed something.They handled all the little details a bride would be too busy for on her day. They are extremely professional and pay very close attention to every detail to make sure your day if perfect. Not to mention they are sweathearts and always have a smile on their face.
