Wedding Coordination made easy! Highly Recommend!
Natasha, Ankit, and the entire NP Events team helped make the wedding of our dreams possible! They were so easy to work with and took care of every little detail. We couldn't be happier with our decision of hiring them for our special day and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional, high-quality day-of wedding coordination!

From our first meeting, we knew Natasha and her team were going to go above and beyond in making sure that our wedding weekend went smoothly. They were extremely responsive and made sure we were on track with everything that needed to be finalized prior to the start of our events. As someone who is very detail oriented and a perfectionist, my biggest worry was that I would be stressed out on my wedding day trying to make sure that everything went to plan but Natasha and her team were so well prepared that I literally couldn't find one thing to stress about even if I wanted to. The whole day went even better than I could have imagined and that was all due to the NP Events team. Our parents and guests still talk about how nice they were to everyone and how they kept things organized and on time all day. I would highly recommend NP Events to all future brides!

"NP Events" exactly what we were looking for. Ankit and Natasha are very well organized, detailed oriented, so sweet , down to earth and personable! We had such a great experience working with them. They were attentive, easy to work with and very professional.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our daughter's wedding day the most amazing day ever.
NP events know how to throw a party and deliver! Natasha and Ankit are super hands-on throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable. As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! The whole team is super professional and highly experienced in executing large events, especially South Asian weddings, which are like a genre of their own. Our wedding went so smoothly because NP had everything handled behind the scenes. It was EPIC, to say the least.

We used Aria events for our wedding coordination and their unprofessionalism and lack of communication was disappointing. Here were a couple notable red flags. Our contract clearly stated there would be coordination of all pre-events, something we specifically discussed with Ankit when signing. I raised this in meetings, and Ankit assured us they would help create timelines for the pre-events, though they wouldn’t be present on the wedding day. This was fine, but they failed to create the timelines. Thankfully, our families and vendors stepped in to help make everything run smoothly.
Ankit was often unavailable, ignoring calls and messages. When we reached out to Natasha, she wasn’t familiar with the details of our contract and made excuses instead of taking responsibility. This lack of communication added unnecessary stress.
On the day of the wedding, things only got worse. The lead coordinator, Jigna, was rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. Her attitude added to our stress, making the situation worse. Khushbu, another coordinator, was unhelpful and unresponsive. She left after lunch at 1 PM, despite being told the coordinators would stay until 8 PM, leaving us unsupported during crucial parts of the day.
The lack of coordination, communication, and accountability was overwhelming. Thankfully, our venue’s matron coordinators stepped in to help ensure the day ran smoothly. We could not rely on Aria Events to fulfill their promises.
A few days after the wedding, we shared our concerns with Ankit. He failed to take responsibility, instead claiming that feedback from guests indicated the event went well. This was not true. The event went smoothly in spite of Aria Events, not because of them. We had to personally communicate with vendors and venue staff to address the coordinators' shortcomings and prevent them from ruining our day.
We cannot recommend Aria Events and strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering their services. It’s hard to reflect on this because you want your wedding to be perfect and while I am thankful for the other vendors and family that helped to make our wedding amazing it has not sat right knowing this company did not take any accountability or apologize and I hope that this helps future brides not deal with anything like this.
