from playing around with my mom's old 35mm, to working in journalism, and now in my work as a professional photographer, I have always been out to capture the moment.

Sometimes that means creating a moment — like when I am photographing lifestyle imagery for hospitality brands. Sometimes that means witnessing and distilling a moment that is already happening, such as during weddings.

having started my career in broadcast news, i am always interested in the way events unfold naturally. I try to honor organic interactions and aesthetics as much as possible in my work.
