11 years We were married just 11 months after our first date — and engaged only four months in. Most people thought we were moving fast, but we knew early. Our first dance was to Elvis’ “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” which quietly became the inspiration behind the name Foolishly Rushing In. When we began the business, Nardia was studying to become a police Officer and Dan was working as a Creative Director in the commercial space. As for photography professionally, it just unfolded naturally and grew steadily over the years.

From our engagement shoot to our wedding, booking Nardia and Dan was the absolute best choice we could have made for photography. Their style of romantic, moody, editorial but still relaxed photography was exactly what we were looking for, and they delivered to perfection. I could look through the pictures a million times and still get emotional at how everything is just as beautiful and joyous as I remember on our wedding day.
Not only are they wonderful artists, but also wonderful people. My husband and I are both quite camera shy and they were great with giving us direction and making us comfortable. You can tell they really invest in every couple who has the honor of working with them. Communication was always timely and they worked seamlessly with our planner. I’m looking for any excuse to work with them again in the future!

Nardia & Dan are an incredible duo. We were totally floored by how beautifully they captured and curated everything on our big day. The photos were not only elegant and magazine-quality, but they also captured small special moments that we will cherish. They have such a great eye and instinct.
In addition, they're genuinely nice people and so easy to work with. Our only regret is that we didn't have them take photos for our welcome reception the night before the wedding!

We were lucky to be able to have Foolishly Rushing In shoot our wedding! The amount of emotion my husband and I have right now is indescribable. We have just watched our wedding film 3 times in a row. We cried, laughed, and just MELTED watching it. This is beyond what we ever imagined it could be. Where do we begin with the praises! From the moment we saw Nardia and Dan's work we knew we had to have them for our big day! We frantically started emailing them and being the professionals they are they got back to us ASAP. They took the time to get on a video call with us - get to know us, get to know our style, our favorite music, our love story and with that we knew these two were the real deal. We can honestly say we had zero hesitation or fear when it came down to our wedding video. Your wedding video is something you fully hand over all control of and just hope the best ,well this was beyond what we expected. Our mothers havent stopped crying and showing it to any and everyone! We have watched it about 45 times in the last 3 days, and we can't stop looking at each other and saying that our wedding video is better than anyone else's. If you are reading this review....
