I couldn’t recommend Emma more highly. When we started planning our wedding, we knew there were some things we wouldn’t spend much money on, but I was certain that a great photographer was worth investing in. What I didn’t fully realise at the time was just how much your photographer becomes part of every moment of the day, from the big highlights to the smallest details.
Emma truly felt more like a friend than a vendor. She really listened to what we wanted and always offered thoughtful advice when we needed it. Her energy is calm, positive, and reassuring, which made such a difference throughout the day. She somehow managed to work her magic while blending seamlessly into the background. I honestly can’t believe some of the incredible shots she captured.
Emma is extremely professional, and the finished website/gallery you receive is absolutely beautiful and worth every single penny.

As both a groom and a photographer, I had high expectations, and Emma Kenny Photography exceeded all of them. Emma was calm, professional, and a pleasure to have around on the day. We’re not the most natural or comfortable in front of the camera, but she made us feel completely at ease and captured us exactly as we are, relaxed, laughing, and just enjoying the moment, while also getting those all-important, timeless portraits that just highlight how talented she is.

The photos feel so real and truly reflect the spirit of the day and who we are as a couple. We still can’t believe the photos we used to admire are now ours!

We honestly can’t say enough good things about Emma. From our very first email, she made us feel completely at ease with her warm, relaxed approach and genuine passion for what she does. She was so kind in the way that she slotted us into our diary when she absolutely didn't have to. We first met her for our engagement photoshoot and it was like meeting an old friend. She is so easy to get along with and made all the laughs and smiles genuine! On the day itself, she was an absolute dream – calm, professional, and somehow everywhere at once without ever being intrusive. I literally think she must be able to teleport or time travel with some of the angles she was able to capture. Her presence helped make our day so fun and special. You spend so much of your wedding day with the photographer so you should pick someone who is fun to be around!

She captured every special moment so beautifully, from the quiet little glances to the joyful dancing. Looking through our photos brought us straight back to the emotion and magic of the day – and we’ve already lost count of how many people have commented on how stunning they are.

Emma has an incredible eye for detail and an ability to find the perfect light and setting in every situation. She made us and our guests feel so comfortable, and the natural, candid shots she took are some of our absolute favourites.

We had the absolute delight of working with Emma for engagement photos and for our wedding photos. Emma was an absolute dream to work with, from the moment we first spoke, right through to getting our wedding photos back when she got our whole album to us within a few weeks! We absolutely loved working with her! Emma made shooting our engagement photos so relaxed, fun and easy with every photo she gave us looking absolutely gorgeous! On the wedding morning she made everything feel very relaxed and fun, while moving us along and keeping everything going without any pressure! With Emma getting all the photos felt so relaxed and easy too, not just for us but the bridesmaids/ groomsmen and our families said the same! We felt (and our families both said too) that she felt like having another guest at the wedding! As well as that but all our photos turned out to be absolutely incredible, from our wedding couple portraits to the special candid moments captured of all our guests, we will treasure these forever. She couldn’t have captured every essence of the day better, and we are so lucky to get to relive it all through her amazing photos. Working with Emma was an absolute dream. She created an atmosphere of joy, humor, and comfort that led to the most incredible photos. The idea of being professionally photographed felt daunting at first—but from the moment we met Emma for our engagement shoot, she made both my wife and I feel completely at ease. She has this wonderful way of making you feel relaxed, natural, and never posed. That warmth and reassurance translated into photos that truly reflect who we are, and we actually had fun doing it!

The engagement shoot turned out to be more than just beautiful photos—it laid the foundation for the wedding day itself. Thanks to that initial session, we were already familiar with a few poses and how Emma works, which meant that everything flowed so naturally on the big day. It felt effortless, and that really shows in the final gallery.

Emma’s style is simply fantastic—simple in the best way possible, elegant, and timeless. She captured every little glance, every moment of laughter, and all the joy of the day without ever being intrusive. She was incredibly discreet, yet somehow managed to be present for everything, and the second photographer she brought was just as lovely and professional. She also allowed us to have our own moments without intruding on them which made the day so much more special.

Throughout the entire process, communication with Emma was seamless. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely lovely to interact with. Our guests adored her, and she had an incredible ability to adapt to the energy of the day and the people around her.

Emma isn’t just a brilliant photographer—she’s someone who becomes part of your day in the best possible way. We would recommend her wholeheartedly, without hesitation. She captured our wedding beautifully, and gave us memories we will treasure forever.

The fact that Emma already knew Larchfield Estate also was a fantastic addition to our day as it made the whole process very efficient.

She was both professional and personal and couldn’t do enough to help us on the day. We had great fun doing our portraits and nothing was too much of an ask for Emma.
