10 years I’m Jenny — owner, lead planner, and the beating heart behind Stargazed Weddings and Events. At my core, I’m someone who believes that beauty and meaning deserve equal space — in weddings, in relationships, and in the way we move through the world. I discovered a love for event planning through my love of music. My mother instilled in me a deep appreciation for the arts, surrounding me with classical music throughout my childhood. After studying music at Penn State, I followed my passion for music into the nonprofit world and spent ten years producing fundraising events. It was during my time with the Aspen Music Festival and School that I discovered a new passion for Wedding Planning, inspired by connections with other creative talents in the area. As a star-gazer, a Cancer, and an Enneagram 2, my empathetic nature ensures that your wedding or event reflects you in a way that feels both creative and authentic.

We have worked with Jenny for the past 10 years in Aspen and her professionalism and dedication to her craft is exceptional. She not only makes sure that the event shines, but each and every vendor that she is working with as well. She has always set us up for success at each event that we have worked with her. We are forever grateful to have met Jenny! Truly, she’s the best person ever! From the very beginning, she understood my vision instantly, as if she could read my mind. Her attention to detail is next-level, and I never once felt stressed about wedding planning because she was always ten steps ahead and on top of everything. She thought of absolutely everything, anticipating our needs before we even realized them, which just shows her incredible depth of knowledge and expertise. Jenny was instrumental in delivering our perfect wedding day! We cannot recommend her enough. We had a clear vision for what we wanted for our Aspen wedding but knew we needed an expert to help us navigate local options within our budget and manage day-of madness. Jenny did that and more, forming a genuine, personal connection with not only us but our family as well.
Even with partial planning services, she advised us on different vendor options and connected us with nearly half of the vendors we ultimately went with – all fantastic to work with and the highest quality services. She came to us with ideas and recommendations that clearly demonstrated she understood our style and priorities.

Jenny is a true gem in the wedding industry. I cannot say enough good things about her and recommend to everyone that they hire a wedding planner. Our DJ got stuck in traffic on his way to Vail and was unfortunately not able to make it to our wedding. We found out the news approximately two hours prior to our ceremony start time. Needless to say, I was panicking…but Jenny wasn’t. She calmly approached me to fill me in on the situation. I very clearly remember her telling me “I’ve got this. Give me some time and I will find a replacement.” Within FIVE MINUTES we had a new DJ hired. I cannot speak enough regarding the importance of hiring local vendors who know the area and have connections in the area. Jenny didn’t stop assisting us once our wedding was over either as she assisted us in negotiations with the DJ for a reimbursement.
I will never be able to thank Jenny enough. I went from being incredibly overwhelmed planning a destination wedding to feeling so at ease and confident with the professionals that I hired. It is an incredible thing seeing your vision come to life and I truly don’t think my vision could have been executed without Jenny’s help! Now that my dream wedding has come and gone I feel even more grateful to have made an amazing friend in the process.

Jenny was incredible to work with! We opted for the partial planning package and had most of our vendors lined up before teaming up with her. In the months leading up to our big day, she provided priceless advice and asked questions that helped us organize things. As our wedding approached and we experienced more decision fatigue, Jenny was great at making the best decisions for us and asking us for our input when necessary. With her attention to detail in the months leading up to the big day, I (the bride) spent our wedding day basking in the moment and enjoying being with our people! I will definitely be giving her contact info to anyone else planning a wedding in the Vail or Roaring Fork Valleys!!
