I cannot recommend Kiera and Little Things enough for your wedding day of/month of coordination. In the weeks leading up to the big day, it was so great to have the consultation call to go through the run sheet and anything we might have not thought about. Kiera's advice was so valuable and made SUCH a difference to the way the day ran. In the lead up, she liaised with all of our vendors and it really helped to take the pressure off! On the day, she was just amazing. She went above and beyond for us - always thinking one step ahead, making sure everything was running smoothly, and battling through on a very hot day!! We were so lucky to have Little Things Events as part of our special day with their full-service planning, design, and management package. On the day itself, her coordination was excellent — she handled everything seamlessly and was flexible when certain timings (behind her control) inevitably ran behind, so we never felt stressed or rushed. Kiera has a great ability to know what really matters and what doesn’t, which helped us focus on enjoying the day rather than sweating the small stuff. We had a 3-day destination wedding at Brookleigh Estate, and she managed every detail with such calm confidence and care that we were able to be fully present and just enjoy the celebration.

Where do we even begin?
Working with Kiera was, without question, the best decision we made. From the moment we had our discovery call — literally on the drive home from getting engaged — we knew we were in safe hands. Kiera gave it her all from day one, supporting us every step of the way and making sure our wedding was completely, unapologetically us.

The truth is, we didn’t really have a clear vision. I had our reception venue, a rough idea of the ceremony location, and an image in my head of what I wanted for the centrepieces — and that was it. But Kiera took those tiny seeds and built something extraordinary. She listened deeply, filled in every gap we didn’t even know existed, and designed a day that genuinely blew our minds. I cried when I saw the reception set-up. Somehow, she saw the wedding that existed in our hearts before we could ever describe it.

As someone who is neurodivergent, I was really nervous about the overwhelm, decision fatigue, and inevitable shutdowns that can come with planning something so big. But I never got close to that. Every time someone asked if I was stressed, I just said, “No — I have a Kiera.” That really says it all. Kiera brought calm to every situation. She was organised, thoughtful, kind, and so incredibly grounding. Our wedding mattered to her — and we felt that.

She even jumped headfirst into the fun stuff with me — like helping me hide over 35 Taylor Swift references throughout the wedding. Lyrics, easter eggs, tiny nods that only the nerdiest Swifties would notice — she was in on all of it, and helped make it even better. It became our little mission together and made the process so us.

On the day, we were completely present. Even when we were running 45 minutes late, I was calm — because I knew Kiera had it all under control. We were able to be calm, present, and able to soak it all in. Even when we were running 45 minutes late, Kiera had it handled. Just seeing her familiar face throughout the day gave us such peace. Just having her there made everything feel okay.

She even was a pro at wrangling my brother, who I am sure she will have stories to tell about to others in the future!

The only thing I wasn’t ready for? Saying goodbye. I genuinely miss working with her. Planning a wedding with Kiera didn’t feel like a transaction — it felt like building something with someone who truly cared, it was like we became family. I still catch myself wanting to message her rogue ideas and send her overly detailed emails. She’d usually already be two steps ahead of me anyway.

If you’re considering working with Kiera and the team at Little Things Events: stop thinking about it and just do it. You won’t just get a wedding planner. You’ll find someone who can take your weird, beautiful, imperfect ideas and turn them into something better than you imagined, an emotional anchor, a problem solver, and a person who will care about your day like it’s her own. I’ll recommend her forever, and will absolutely keep trying to convince people never to get married without her.
