Our wedding in Italy was an absolute dream – and we owe a great deal of it to the two wonderful Katharinas! With around 100 guests, uncertain weather, and many small details that were important to us, we couldn't have wished for better planners.

From the very beginning, they understood our wishes with great heart, professionalism, and an incredible sense of aesthetics, transforming them into a beautiful, harmonious concept. Despite the forecast of rain, they always kept a cool head and ensured that we could completely relax and enjoy our day.

A huge thank you to both Katharinas. When we got engaged, it was immediately clear to us that no one but Katharina Landenberger should plan the most beautiful day of our lives. And we haven't regretted it for a second. With their expertise and planning, they both made our day truly unique. We also grew very fond of them personally, and we shared many wonderful moments with them. From the initial planning calls to the location scouting and tasting in Florence, which we capped off with a few Aperol Sours in the hotel lobby, we felt completely at ease and well-advised from the very beginning. Thanks to their many years of experience, they were able to give us invaluable tips. We could always rely on them, allowing us to focus on ourselves, our guests, and the moment itself, enjoying every moment to the fullest.

Without Katharina and Katharina—we would never have been the same! We are incredibly happy that we planned our wedding with Katharina and her team and would do it again in a heartbeat. They were our anchor in stressful situations, whether during the planning or on the wedding weekend itself. We could always rely on them. Even in situations that weren't directly part of their job description—they were simply there for us and went above and beyond. Without Katharina and Katharina's work, we could never have had our wedding the way it was. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on ourselves, our guests and the emotions – and simply enjoy the days.

After our engagement, we knew very quickly where we wanted to say "I do" and celebrate the beginning of our life together with our loved ones: on our shared favorite island, Mallorca.
And so began our search for the perfect wedding planner, the most important person in realizing a three-day destination wedding.
We are both self-employed and have extensive professional experience planning large productions and events – so we were understandably nervous about entrusting the design, planning, and execution of the most beautiful days of our lives to someone else.
But with Katharina, we found much more than just a wedding planner. She quickly became our most important companion and closest confidante on this exciting and wonderful journey into our future together, and we owe it to her and her team that we were able to experience this magnificent dream wedding in Mallorca – all while being completely focused on ourselves and our anticipation, and in pure relaxation.
When she wanted to show us the final schedule for her team and every single vendor (decoration, shuttle service, catering, band, DJ, singer, officiant, etc.), which detailed the entire plan minute by minute, we decided, in good conscience, not to see it and simply let go. Katharina's experience and passion, coupled with her dedication, which always made us feel like the only couple whose vision she was bringing to life, made it easy for us to trust her completely from the very first second and relinquish control. Every vendor she selected was (even in retrospect) a perfect match. Despite our precise ideas and numerous requirements that would have made finding our dream wedding location a challenge for anyone else, she showed us the perfect place for our wedding during our very first visit. At no point during the planning process did we experience the usual pre-wedding stress or have any unanswered questions—Katharina and her team made the most wonderful suggestions, and we simply had to say YES.
Katharina is an incredible visionary who made our dream of a multi-day wedding in Mallorca come true in the most wonderful and relaxed way.

We are so happy for every couple whose dream wedding is now being planned and executed by Katharina, and we wish we could turn back the clock ourselves—to our first meeting, the beginning of a wonderful journey that was just as beautiful and magical as our wedding itself.
