Wow what an incredible experience it was working with Eros, Clara and the full team at Delapan for our wedding in Bali on 10/10/2023. They are truly the most amazing wedding planners.
From the start they made everything so easy. They were very organized, and provided great suggestions and vendor options.
They were available at all times of the day and even on weekends. This was of even more importance to us as we were in another country planning this wedding.
On the wedding day everything was just perfect, with the wonderful full team they had of personal assistants and workers.

The best decision weve made in our 1.5 years of wedding planning journey was deciding to work with Delapan Planner, in particular Femmy and Clara. Planning this wedding from overseas, (and during the height of COVID..) it was a very daunting experience but Femmy and Clara made us feel comfortable and confident from day one. We considered and interviewed many planners, but ended up going with Delapan because they were very open and helpful to us even before we decided to work with them. Femmy and Clara made sure that all the details we wanted were taken care of on the day, even made our family members feel super comfortable and at ease. They had a can-do attitude even if we had random last-minute requests leading up to the day, and always replied us quickly with a cheerful manner. We were very surprised at how calm and chill we were on the day, and that is a testament to the hard work, attention to detail, talent and passion that Delapan team has. All of our guests were raving about how smooth the rundown was, and how everything was well thought out. I truly think our day went better than expected, and that is all thanks to the Clara, Femmy and the lovely team at Delapan!
I never thought planning wedding in Bali from abroad would be easier than this, Delapan has been very professional in providing their service, from the start when they provided recommendation for the venue selection until the wedding day and accommodating guest from abroad as well. Truly thankful for making my wedding such a blast!
Team Delapan is well coordinated, organized and their plans were well structured. I would never be able to imagine doing all these plannings without them. They handled communication professionally and managed all our vendors tidily.
