11 years We founded Varawedding in 2011, but our journey in the wedding industry actually began much earlier, in 2005. Back then, our focus was on the media side of the industry rather than directly planning weddings. Over time, we realized how deeply we wanted to be part of the actual celebration, to create meaningful experiences for couples. That’s when we decided to establish our own company with a simple mission: to provide couples with trustworthy, heartfelt, and reliable wedding planning services in Bali.

Coming from France, we chose to get married in Bali with a very small, intimate ceremony with only our immediate family. We entrusted the organization of our wedding to Auréa, and frankly, everything was perfect from beginning to end. The vendors she suggested and chose all exceeded our expectations. Auréa was able to find solutions for all our requests, even though it wasn't always easy. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose her exactly the same way. We had a wonderful day, and even the tropical downpour during the ceremony couldn't spoil it! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this unforgettable and perfect moment!

Let me start this by saying that Carlin Patricia from Vara Wedding is a superhero. Prior to hiring her as our destination wedding planner, we interviewed five others, and chose Carlin- the youngest, with the least years of experience under her belt- because she was different. She was passionate, vivacious, and so focused, clearly obvious from our very first video call.
Carlin did her job, and beyond, behind-the-scenes leading up to the wedding, and on the big day itself. I know she had multiple technical meetings with her team and the vendors, to make sure nothing would go wrong; and everything was done right.
Not once did a vendor approach us on the big day to ask us questions about anything, which made the day less stressful, which means Carlin did her job. An extra shoutout to the whole VaraWedding team for an amazing execution, including all our assistants, the wedding party’s assistants, everyone showed up with professionalism and smiles! Any issues/hiccups were promptly solved, and communication was amazing all throughout, with handling pre/post-wedding logistics.
We regret nothing about choosing Carlin as our wedding planner, except that we forgot to take a picture with her! :(

From quotation Kiky helped us to find the best supplier for our wedding, venue, catering, band. Although we came with many requests and a couple of revisions she did it all with patience and passion. She was there with us all along during inspections and food trials.
She really put our ideas into perspective and really listened to what we wanted. On wedding day I have a very important last minute request to Kiky and she even made it possible!!
On the wedding day, Vara team provided us with an assistant including for my family. It immensely helped me (us) and I can focus on my self since I was very nervous.
My assistant Key, is the best (the most amazing) person. I could have not imagined my wedding day without her. She makes sure that every little detail is there, even assisted me to order lunch making sure everything is seamless and even supports me emotionally when I started to get anxious. I could not thank her enough.
