We worked with Ani and the BWFY team to plan our wedding in Bali in October 2025, and I honestly can’t thank her enough for creating the most perfect day imaginable. From start to finish, she was incredibly organised, calm, and thoughtful — she took care of every single detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
On the wedding day itself, I felt completely relaxed because I trusted her amazing team to make everything run smoothly — and they absolutely delivered. The entire day was seamless, beautiful, and beyond anything I could have imagined. Our guests were blown away, and it truly was one of the best days of my life.

Ani and Bali Wedding For You team went way beyond their commitment on organizing our Wedding Day. We are not based in Bali, so we could only do Online meeting with them. Their communication, willing to work together, and patience are top notch. They covered all of our requests more than we could've imagined. They provided us with beautiful ideas, competent vendors, all the documents and list, personal assistant for groom and bride, and be our representative as we couldn't be there in person. They showcased their experience in handling private and perfect weddings.

Ani and everyone on the team is the definition of above and beyond. They will take all the steps to make your wedding as close as you imagine or even better. Even when there are challenges, as with every wedding, they will try to solve it first. We needed to work with countless vendors and the team was always there to fight for us. Even for meetings, they would travel 2 hours+ to meet with us, before travelling 2 hours+ back. They kept everything together and was ultra personal to us. When things needed to be professional, they were there, holding boardroom meetings with presentation slides for each vendor and for us. They catered to every request we had, no matter how small or crazy. Definitely the MVPs for our wedding, we could not have done it without them literally.
Bu Ani and team, thank you for making my Bali dream wedding come true!! Bu Ani was very patient with my questions and also very quick to respond to all my WhatsApp messages. She gave the best options while within our budget! Overall, I'm very satisfied, anyone who asks for recommendations for a Bali wedding organizer will definitely recommend Bu Ani!!!
I met Ani through a friend who had a wedding and used BWF. It happened to be a rainy day, and Ani was very responsive, so she recommended me.
Without further ado, I immediately contacted Ani to chat, and it turned out we were a perfect fit (it's rare to find someone from Bali who's a good fit and understands what people in Jakarta want).
From the beginning, she's been very helpful with vendors, from budgeting to booking vendors.
What I was happy about, and only noticed on the wedding day, was that there were many small details that I hadn't taken care of, but Ani had already taken care of them. I was super relieved because our ceremony went SO SMOOTHLY, right down to the groom and I feeling so relieved! How come from the moment I woke up until I went to bed, there was no drama, as people generally say.
I'm a happy client! All the guests praised our beautiful wedding! Ani was also very helpful, giving input on "why use this instead of that?" It was really helpful!
The team on site was also really great, even my family said they were very professional!
The team is no slouch and truly understands the needs of the groom and bride. They have great initiative and are quick to act. From the initial planning to the execution, everything was great!

There was one issue with a vendor, and Ani resolved it. Ani truly understands that the bride-to-be is tired of drama and quickly resolved the issue with this vendor. I was in a SUPER HAPPY mood on the wedding day because it was so beautiful, and I was absolutely speechless!
