The LWI team was truly legendary. We chose them because the founder had previously worked at our wedding venue, but they exceeded every expectation—super fast with responses and always on top of everything. Let’s be honest, for most couples it’s their first wedding, so you don’t really know where to start, what needs to be done, or what should happen at each stage. With LWI, you can just relax and trust them because they’re simply the best. On the wedding day, their assistants were incredibly professional and kind. Honestly, don’t overthink it—just go with this team.
Luxury Weddings Indonesia curated our dream wedding! We cannot speak highly enough about the work of Flo, Ria and the LWI team. The team worked tirelessly to organise every aspect of the wedding down to the last fine detail. Every element was meticulously planned, every request we had was actualised and every aspect that we had not even thought of was carefully curated. The LWI team were in constant communication with us throughout the entire preparation process and completely removed all the stress from wedding preparation. The team used their extensive experience and local knowledge to work with vendors, venues and suppliers in ways that we would have never been able to do. The wedding day itself was beyond our wildest expectations and was truly the best day of our lives. We strongly recommend LWI for anyone looking to plan their dream wedding in Bali :)
Planning a destination wedding truly requires a great wedding planner, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team in Bali for my daughter and son-in-law. From the very beginning, Tina and Ria were super patient, open-minded, and flexible with what we wanted — always one step ahead and ready to assist with any request. We had many long-distance WhatsApp video calls leading up to the wedding, and they were always so reassuring and helpful. On the wedding day itself, they had a wonderful team making sure everything flowed seamlessly. The transition from the ceremony to cocktails and then to dinner was so smooth — every moment perfectly timed and thoughtfully planned. We felt so well taken care of, and we’re beyond grateful for all the care and effort they put into making our day so special. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Bali! Me and my husband started planning my wedding with Ria and Flo a year in advance from overseas! I couldn’t be more grateful for their incredible support and dedication throughout the entire journey. They made the destination wedding planing feel smooth and manageable!! They were so responsive and organized, especially so patient with all my questions and ideas. We had an unforgettable, perfect wedding and I have no complaints at all - which is not normal for me LOL!

Our wedding in Bali was the most wonderful and worry-free experience all thanks to Ria, Flo, and the LWI team! The whole planning experience leading up to the day was so smooth and stress free, and the wedding completely exceeded our expectations. It was so easy finding the right venue, vendors, and planning the whole rundown of all 3 days of events.
