11 years I’m Melanie Thomas, a wedding photographer based in the South of Germany, where I live with my husband, our two sons, and our Boston Terrier girl. Wedding Photography has been part of my life since 2014, when I started capturing weddings alongside my husband Shayne. Over time, Shayne found his passion in videography, expanding our creative brand and allowing us to offer couples a complete visual storytelling experience. Since 2024, I’ve been documenting weddings all across Europe together with my wonderful photographer sidekick, Joana. We work both individually and as a team — always with a shared love for authentic, emotional storytelling. I’m 40 years old, and I truly believe that every year of life experience makes me a better photographer. I’m incredibly grateful to be pursuing my dream job — and I can’t wait to keep telling beautiful love stories for many years to come.
