Marcus is the best in the business! He photographed my sister’s wedding in San Miguel, and he did such an amazing job that my husband and I hired him to photograph our wedding in San Diego one year later! He captures all the meaningful moments, gets the perfect details shots, provides good direction, and makes the whole process fun! Our photos came out better than we expected! Would 100% recommend for your big day!
We love Marcus' work and we're so glad he was the one to capture our wedding weekend! He was so easy to work with and he was the calming presence we needed on a busy day! He gave just the right amount of direction while capturing candids beautifully. He was great with all of our friends and family (including some little ones). We'll be reliving this day forever through his beautiful work!
Highly recommend working with Marcus. My fiance and I were both not looking forward to taking endless photos for hours on our wedding day. Marcus made it so painless, helped bring it out in us, while giving us so much time to enjoy the actual day with friends and family. He clearly has a vision and knows when and where to shoot to maximize everyones time. He takes beautiful photos and was a general joy to be around. We've been to so many weddings where you can't escape the photographer and this was certainly not the case.
While there are a lot of photographers who specialize solely in elopements, we really loved what we had seen of Marcus' work online, and after a quick phone conversation with him, felt confident he understood our vision for the ceremony. We had a flexible schedule for the elopement and relied on Marcus for guidance around time of day & lighting, ceremony location, direction and tips on how and where to pose, etc. We felt like models and received so many compliments from friends & family. Overall, the photos truly captured the intimate, fun, care-free, romantic day we had envisioned.
Marcus is such a treat to have on site at a wedding! Super easy to work alongside, and has a really calm energy, which I appreciate so much. And he creates absolutely gorgeous photos, that feel timeless, modern and completely romantic, all at the same time.
