We contracted Kira for her white glove wedding management offering and could not recommend more! During the early planning days Kira provided consultation, thoughtful expertise and thorough recommendations. When she fully came on board the months leading up to wedding, and on day of - Kira and team helped to bring our vision to life. From the small things - such as dress bustles, and ensuring we ate our appetizers, to big things -like lost charger plates, (not her team's fault ;) ), and last minute securing of decor, Kira had it under control! Kira has a beautiful design eye, a calm demeanor, a friendly face, and is your trusted leader for your wedding in the Vail area!
Kira is the best wedding planner in the Vail Valley! She was incredible in planning our wedding, and we can't thank her enough - we would've been lost without her. She took everything off our plate and made the process seamless. She brought us the best vendors, provided insightful recommendations, and had an amazing eye for all the design details. We got married at Camp Hale, and Kira has had a ton of weddings there. If you are considering getting married at Camp Hale (which we highly recommend), you should only consider Kira as your planner. She knows everything about the venue, logistics, vendors, and staff. The staff at Camp Hale love Kira (and rightfully so)! Our wedding day wasn't easy navigating weather changes and family logistics, and Kira didn't let it waver the day in any way. Thank you Kira - you are the best!
Kira planned the most perfect wedding we could have ever dreamed of! From day 1 she was amazing to work with, very friendly, communicative, and full of wonderful, creative ideas. The entire weekend starting with the Welcome Party to the Sunday Brunch was executed perfectly. Kira helped us nail down our vision and made it come to life! Kira has amazing taste and attention to detail - everything from the welcome bags to the signage was sophisticated and cohesive. We loved all of the incredible vendors that Kira recommended to us. Kira was very calming throughout the whole process and during our wedding weekend! We couldn't have imagined planning our wedding without Kira!

Kira made my wedding and the planning process an absolute DREAM. Planning a wedding in Vail from New York, I really leaned on Kira for her expertise and relationships with local vendors, and I'm so glad I did. She helped select the PERFECT team for our day. Because we had an intimate event, we booked her for wedding management, and despite the small size of our party, she provided top tier, white glove service, ensuring every detail leading up to and during the event was completely taken care of.

She was extremely responsive and had an answer to all my questions. Kira thought of aspects of my “quick” wedding that I didn’t even think about, such as the timing of events during the reception. Kira also has a creative eye. For instance, she suggested flower placement for the ceremony and how to reuse certain bouquets during the reception.

100 stars! Kira was absolutely amazing. We could not have done it without her. Our wedding was incredible and Kira was a huge part of that. She even worked behind the scenes on issues without involving us to reduce our stress - I was told this by another vendor who wanted us to know just how much Kira fought for us. She ended up saving us a lot of money by going to bat on our behalf. She was very responsive, quick to handle any issue and well prepared on the big day to take care of any emergencies. She gave us suggestions on things we never thought about and took care of some little details to take it off our plates. By the end of it we felt like Kira became part of our family and we even missed having her in our lives after our wedding! We cannot say enough good things about Kira. She coordinated vendors and tried to save us money where she could. She is a total pro, friendly, engaging, quick on her feet and ALWAYS had our best interests in mind. And she's just cool to talk to :)
