My husband and I got married in November 2025. We were definitely struggling to find an officiant that met our high standards for what we wanted for our ceremony. As a non-religious couple, we wanted to make sure our ceremony reflected our love story perfectly. When we met Carla, we were immediately comforted by her demeanor and tone of voice. She was very kind, and Carla even sent us an example script of hers and recording of one of her ceremonies to help us with our decision. A few months before our wedding, we were sent a questionnaire to fill out. It was a bit long, but incredibly detailed. We were absolutely overjoyed with Carla and the ceremony she created for us. From the moment she spoke, it was clear how much care and intention she put into making our wedding feel personal, meaningful, and truly us. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and heartfelt the ceremony was - some even remarking that it’s been their favorite ceremony they’ve ever seen. She even printed our vows out for us, for the day of, on really beautiful, nice quality paper. Communication was occasionally slower than expected, with responses sometimes taking over a week. We completely understood her circumstances at the time and had nothing but empathy, though a brief check-in or update would have been reassuring during those moments of the planning process. That said, the ceremony itself exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for the role she played in one of the most important moments of our lives. We would absolutely choose Carla again and are thankful for the care she brought to our day. Thank you Carla for making our day so wonderful!
As an event planner getting married I had high expectations for my wedding! From day 1 Carla made everything go smoothly and exceeded my expectations. We received a questionnaire to fill out and I was blown away on how in depth these questions were. She makes your ceremony your own special love story. We cried when we read her final script. The wedding ceremony was everything we excepted and more. She is so good at what she does. You truly see her passion for her job in each ceremony. We have been getting a ton of compliments on how heartfelt our ceremony was! I will refer Carla to everyone that needs an officiant. Can't say enough about Carla! You won't regret using her for the most important day of your life!
Carla took our 11-year relationship and turned it into a truly beautiful 30-minute ceremony. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how meaningful and personal it felt — she told our story in such a heartfelt way that had everyone laughing and tearing up. It was the perfect start to the evening, and we’re so grateful she created such a special moment for us.
Carla, did an incredible job with our wedding. From the start with meeting with us, to the questionnaire to get to know us and our story to create our ceremony and vows. She took the time to get to know us and our story and our family. Even with us being wedding planners, she gave us insight into the ceremony to make it special for all involved
Every single person we spoke to after the wedding brought up the ceremony first. Carla did an incredible job as our officiant. We were flooded with compliments and love during our cocktail hour and throughout the entire evening. She customized the entire ceremony to include our values and things we love most. It was heart-warming, poetic, funny, and full of personal details about our lives. She took care of the entire timeline of the ceremony and was at our rehearsal to ensure we knew where to be and when. Oh, did we mention she stepped in ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING? Our original officiant became ill and our wedding planner, Sholeh Munion, found Carla who magically had this one day open in all of September. We cannot be happier with how or ceremony turned out and HIGHLY recommend having Carla as part of your big day.
We knew we wanted a professional officiant for our ceremony, and Carla was the perfect choice. From our first meeting, she impressed us with her thoughtful approach and personalized process. She had us complete a detailed survey and crafted a beautiful, heartfelt ceremony that felt true to us. Carla was communicative, considerate of details like our dress code, and even handled the marriage license for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant!

Carla is the best! She's so thoughtful, and puts her care and attention into every detail of her ceremonies. She really gets to know her couples, their love story, and brings that to life.
The best decision I've ever made was to marry my husband. The second-best decision I've made was hiring Carla of Forever Incredible Ceremonies to be our officiant. Leading up to our wedding, she really took the time to get to know me and my husband and to learn about our love story. The ceremony she wrote for us was astoundingly personalized--her attention to detail is like no other. She offered beautiful & fitting suggestions when we didn't know where to begin with readings, had excellent ideas for a unity ceremony that was unique to our family, and customized the structure of the ceremony so it felt just like "us". We found her pricing to be right in line with our expectations. Carla's friendly and outgoing personality helped her to really connect with our guests, and the ceremony came across as relaxed and genuine--exactly the vibe were shooting for. We received many compliments on the ceremony from our guests, and at least one couple in attendance has gone on to hire Carla to officiate their wedding. I attended that wedding last fall, and the ceremony was entirely different from my own but once again captured that couple perfectly. Carla is a wonderful officiant and I will recommend her over and over again.
I can't recommend Carla more highly as a wedding officiant. The amount of detail and care she takes with each client is really special and goes such a long way when executing a heartfelt ceremony. So many of our guests commented on how intimate and special, yet lively, our ceremony was - and that was all because of Carla. We are a non-religious couple, which left us with a 'blank slate' of sorts when it came to planning our ceremony. Carla came with great ideas and a structure that perfectly fit our personalities and was just overall the perfect representation of our love. You are in great hands with Carla, no matter your ceremony wants/needs/wishes!
