I discovered Landress on Instagram, Chihiro & her team were incredibly responsive and attentive since my first enquiry. They recommended a wedding venue based on my preferences, and it turned out even more beautiful than the one I initially had in mind.
Throughout the planning process, they were flexible and easy to work with. I appreciated that they were open for me to bring my own vendors for makeup & photography, while also providing excellent options for us to choose from. We eventually partnered with photographers, videographers, and florist recommended by Landress, and their work were truly amazing.
Communication was effortless as their team is multilingual, which made every discussion clear and comfortable. A special mention goes to Kapo, who is also from Hong Kong; her ability to communicate in Cantonese helped us feel especially supported throughout the process.
Landress understood my priority for great food, and the catering they arranged was exceptional—many guests complimented it. Their on-site team was both professional and friendly, making the entire event run smoothly.
What impressed me the most was how well they managed the budget. At no point did I feel pushed to spend more; every decision was made after thoughtful discussion. Landress made the entire planning journey stress-free, and I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome of our celebration.
