Events Held Dear is by far the best vendor to book for your wedding. We got married October 2, 2021 at Swan Lake and EHD was our rock throughout the process. We worked with Anna on "day of coordination" which is really 3-month prior coordination to help get everything sorted. As soon as Anna came on I did not have to speak to any vendors or individuals for the wedding anymore, my stress instantly went away with her on board. She was asking questions and lining things up I would have never even thought of. We experienced quite a few hiccups throughout the process including catering switching from plated to buffet due to limited staff and delayed invitations. Anna was there for all of it. Not only did Anna help leading up to the wedding but was absolutely crucial the day. I do not know how we would have moved forward with our wedding without her and the entire EHD team that day. My now husband and I were insistent on having our ceremony outside, as it was our dream. The ceremony was set to start at 530 pm and at 5 pm it was pouring rain. Anna quickly jumped into action (and remained calm while I could not) and coordinated with the vendors on what to do. She had guests wait in their car and when the rain stopped at 520 pm (10 minutes before we were set to start) her and her team were able to get everything set up outside so we could have our dream ceremony. Anna, Leda and the entire EHD team really allowed us to enjoy our wedding day. They took away the stress of the day and allowed us to focus on what was most important to us, getting married. This team is not only amazing at their jobs but are some of the most kind, caring and dedicated women I have ever met. It's hard to describe in words the value that the team brought to our day. I can say with full confidence that they helped to make our wedding absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Anna, Leda and everyone at EHD enough for making our wedding dreams come true. If you are even thinking about booking a coordinator, please do it and make it Events Held Dear!

Leda and her team at EHD were the best decision I made for my wedding in September 2021. We hired Leda in February of 2019 (over 30 months from contract to wedding!); Leda held my hand through 2020 changes, reschedules, moving all vendors for my full-service at-home wedding and more. She not only planned one wedding in Sept 2020, but moved EVERYTHING to Sept 2021 with ease. It was easily the best day of our life together - she has an amazing ability to take a grand vision and bring it to life. Not only is she a talented designer aesthetically, she has a dynamic personality to be in the details of planning with vendors, payment schedules, layouts, and, very important, day-of coordination. Leda and her team kept my entire wedding party and wedding guests on track and having the best time. All of our vendors came from Leda's vendor list and all were exceptional. EHD's reputation for being the best in the business is true... by far the best decision I made for my wedding. I will most definitely be using EHD for events in the future. I'm honestly saddened to say that my wedding is over and I won't get a chance to work with Leda and her team again. I hired Events Held Dear about six months prior to my wedding after having to part ways with another planner in the area. Immediately, I was blown away by the quality of Leda's work and her keen attention to detail at every level. Leda and her team arranged for everything, creating a day that truly felt like "us." She worked with a stationer to create a custom monogram that adorned everything from the cocktail napkins to the cookies on the dessert table. She worked through a rainstorm to ensure that the florals and custom seating chart she designed went untouched by weather or any passing storms. She brought in lamps and soft seating and drapery to ensure that our reception had a luxurious but homey aesthetic. When any issues arose, she was a calm and comforting presence, and I was calmer knowing Leda and her team had it all under control. Most importantly, she took the vision I had for my wedding day and brought to life something so much better. Leda is highly skilled at the art of creating a perfect day. If perfect is what you're after, look no further.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leda and her team at Events Held Dear. My husband and I had a small, intimate ceremony in June 2021. The date was exactly one year from when we originally planned due to the pandemic. We initially selected to work with Leda because our styles aligned, and we felt very comfortable with her direction. We never dreamed of the impact she would ultimately have. She guided us every step of the way. It's hard to describe how much her kindness and empathy helped us navigate a challenging time. When we were in the process of postponing our wedding, I experienced the loss of a close family member. Knowing I could trust Leda to manage communication with vendors and ensure our plans were re-set with our best interest in mind meant the world to me. She took the time to understand what was truly important to us and designed a wedding that complimented those details. When our wedding day finally arrived, we felt eerily calm and comfortable – I attribute that to knowing Leda was organizing and leading everything behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Leda and Events Held Dear enough. She has impeccable taste and a lovely personality that will put you at ease on one of the most beautiful days of your life.

Outstanding! We couldn’t be happier with Anna and Events Held Dear. They assisted in the coordination of my daughter’s October wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. We had considerable issues and frustration with our venue, The Club at Corazon from the beginning to the end. Events Held Dear was able to jump in and take the reins for us to alleviate our stress and make the day beautiful. It would not have happened without them. Thank you Anna and Leda!!

Due to circumstances around Covid19, my fiancé and I had to postpone our original wedding, and then cancel the postponed date all together. With the help of Events Held Dear, we pulled off planning a small backyard wedding in FIVE weeks. It was truly better than we could have ever imagined and nothing short of magical. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, EHD must have handled it smoothly and quietly, because everything seemed to go off without a hitch from my point of view! I cannot recommend Leda Anderson, Anna Jansen, and the rest of the EHD team enough! They were fabulous.
